Has good breakfast included with clean dinning area. That was the only positive thing.


Not friendly staff for check in. Had a Terrace room it was the most filthy room I have had in a hotel with cobwebs and dead spiders on the walls, tried asking for alternative room was told they were fully booked. Had dead bugs on the floor with flying bugs arround the sink. You could tell this room had not seen a good deep cleaning. The hallway carpets in the terrace are filthy and you can smell cigarettes even though there is no smoking sign on the facility.

The breakfast was delicious 😀 and the room was gorgeous. Our only complaint was the ice is only on the 8th floor, and we had no ice bucket.

My stay was conformable and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the parking spaces were too small and too close. I loved that the room had a full size frig.with freezer.

This property was extremely dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere, even inside! Filthy carpet in the hallways, huge stains, bleach stains, trash, cigarette butts. Just nasty. My bed had only 2 sheets as covers. I had to call front desk for a comforter and was told I had to come down and pick it up. The bathroom sink stopper would not come up to drain the sink. Over all very disgusting!

Breakfast

My family and I have been staying at this hotel for 10+ years and normally have a great stay. This visit was not so good.

Our daughter wanted to celebrate her 8th birthday weekend at Sonesta and swim. This hotel is located very close to her grandparents and we always eat at The Art Bar.

We had a 1 bedroom suite and from the moment we walked in, the room was drafty and had stains on the carpet. The couch was dirty and had multiple stains on the mattress and cigarette marks. The curtains were tattered and dirty. The dressers also had cigarette marks.

When we went to dinner Saturday night, The Art Bar was suppose to be open at 5:00 pm. We waited patiently for 15 minutes for them to open the doors, but no one came. We even tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. My husband had to go to the front desk to get assistance. We were finally able to get in after 30 minutes. The wait was worth it in the end because of the staff. They quickly took our order and the food was delicious!

Also, our neighbors decided to have a weed party the whole weekend and our room smelled pretty bad.

We have always loved staying at this hotel for their amenities, but we expected better.

Every time I stay at this property, I book the one bedroom suite. It's spacious and it reminds me of a small apartment. The suite was cleaned and the bed was so comfortable. The staff is was awesome! If we had any issues or needed anything, they responded quick. The hotel sits near many shopping stores and restaurants. I feel like this is my little getaway from home. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would most definitely stay again.

Check in was easy and staff pleasant. Room was spacious and comfortable. Older dated room but clean. Breakfast was great lots of options and wonderful polite staff.

The hotel was full of mold and animal urine in the elevator the rooms stunk like animals. There was mold and mildew in the rooms. I took pictures I will never stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone ever.

Needs too be up dated

The suite was clean and spacious for my family. I will most definitely be staying again. Great customer service!

Amazing!!! Definitely bringing my family and myself love love this place so much super clean, wonderful staff amazing guests as well and I love their gift shop even the girl working there is super nice

I like the small kitchen set. Loved my location on t level, nice exercise room. The customer service at this location is Excellent!!!!!! The complimentary breakfast is Superb!!!!! I look forward to staying there sometime again.

This place needs to be remodeled badly.

The staff was amazing. There was a specific young lady Hispanic, who was very very sweet. She was a Hello Kity fan, but I don’t remember her name. I hope she see this writing. The breakfast bar was really good. Most of the staff was very friendly and professional.
