Central location, seemed pretty clean. Morning desk person friendly.
Room in disrepair, noisy, could hear clearly upstairs conversations through bathroom vent. Evening staff surly and argumentative.
Breakfast was very good. The wait staff was exceptional, the pool was very clean for being an outside pool
The tv “cable” didn’t work after certain channels, the bathroom had no ventilation, the paint was peeling everywhere in the bathroom. There was something sticky on the carpet right by one of the beds. The electrical in one light was not working.
I love the facilities and how the location is easy to access
The front desk is rude. She doesn't greet with a smile and she was raising her voice to the customers.
Not a trip i live in Colorado springs just wanted some place close to work and i found it the best i literally got my deposit back the next day after checking out
I loved how big the suite was. The staff was very nice
My kids and me stayed 8 nights they wanted to see bacon on the breakfast at least 1x
First room was still dirty. Second room was worn down. Paint peeling
I was awakened in the middle of the night because I was being bitten. When I went to the front desk to report that I believed there were bed bugs in my room, I expected concern and assistance. Instead, the front desk employee told me to "take it down a notch" and said she would "resolve the issue" by canceling my reservation. (She identified herself as Samantha) She told me, "leave a review if you don't like it."
I had a prepaid reservation through Monday, no car, and it was the middle of the night in a city I had only been in for one day. She deactivated my room key and told me there was nothing she could do, leaving me to find another hotel in the middle of the night.
As a result, I had to pay for multiple Uber rides and visit three different hotels before finally finding one with a vacancy. My body was covered in bites, (I have pictures and video) I was exhausted, and I ended up spending even more money because of how this situation was handled.
What disappointed me most was not just the condition of the room, but the complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Rather than trying to help a paying guest in a difficult situation, the employee focused on my tone instead of the reason I was upset. I also recorded our conversation and have video documentation of what occurred.
This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Between the condition of the room, the way I was treated, and being forced out in the middle of the night, I cannot recommend staying here. I will be pursuing this matter beyond this review.
I will be filling with the local health department and pressing any legal actions accordingly. This is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever been in.
I had to throw all my clothes away and shoes and my bag I came with. I had to buy all new clothes socks and underwear as to not risk contamination at my home. I had just bought new clothes too I had to dispose of that too.I just it bought out here and not even worn. Extremely upset and humiliated. I generally don't leave negative remarks, but this needs to be heard.
The breakfast is garbage and no one will tend to your room if there is an issue. They would rather throw you out than to resolve any issues
Beautiful reggie and anna were awesome to help us.
