Pros:

Breakfast is nice but rooms are in poor condition. Service was mixed. Many other options to choose from. Do not recommend.

Outstanding stay in Colorado SPrings
Pros:

The staff was outstanding, especially Alexander who went above and beyond in helping us when there was an issue with Booking.com. (I won't use Booking again.) All of the staff was outstanding. In addition, the mattress was firm/top notch. The room was clean. I will stay there again.

Cons:

The lobby area was fine. But when you moved into the building where the rooms were, it was an awful smell. It almost smelled like smoke covered by floral air freshener.

Look elsewhere
Pros:

This hotel is like putting lipstick on a pig. Everything is falling apart and they are patch working it so you don't notice. The breakfast is a joke and the worse Continental breakfast I have experienced. You cannot touch a single light switch or lamp without getting shocked. The bed is comfortable, but that is the only decent thing I can say about this place.

Pros:

Friendly, clean and convenient and economical...
Highly recommend.
Was just a quick stopover on our way home so only spent one night but I will stay again when we are out this way again
