It's cheap for a reason, keep your expectations low
Pros:

Good breakfast, good location

Cons:

Air-conditioning didn't work, ceiling falling in by ice machine, a huge hole in the sheet that we had to ask twice for a replacement

Not worth the price
Pros:

Breakfast was always well stocked. The staff were super helpful and kind.

Cons:

I should not have paid what I did for a hotel that was being actively renovated, on the floor I was booked on. Talk about rude awakening more then once - no notice from hotel staff or when I was booking. Worse yet, I had a mysterious drip in my bathroom my final night from the limited light fixture in the bathroom. Told the staff, they checked, told me I would be changed or to wait for an update. Heard nothing for 40+ minutes: had to call the desk and say I would take the risk for the night so I could sleep.

No iron- no microwave - no fridge - no parking and they lied and the receptionist said the parking a cross the street fee is include which was wrong I paid $54 for 3 night.the AC was broken and my daughter was freezing since the temperature was 59 degree. I asked front desk to change the room or provide heater but no response till next day when I told her I will write a bad review. The worst 3 nights

Great location and affordable.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were nice. Otherwise meh.

Interior was in a bit rough shape. Our room window looked directly into a brick wall. Inches away.
