Excellent central location for a great price
Pros:

The front desk staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in downtown Atlanta. Very walkable and near MARTA. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The AC was quite loud, so had to unplug it for the night.

I would not recommend or stay again.
Pros:

Location was good for event at the arena.

Cons:

VERY outdated, it made the overall hotel seem dingy and not clean. Also, breakfast was not good and seem stale.

Shay and the other black lady staff

Cons:

The rates I and the rates they took off my credit card. We were on the 11th floor my wife has a handicap and the elevator wasn't working. I will never book there again!!

Cons:

The bed was a lil hard, the night staff nika at front desk did not do her job correctly to the point i had to end up paying money i assume she charge me but did not fo early check in, the manager did not feel no type of sympathy for us. She was practically one of us to pay for a whole Nother night and I’m like how are you blaming us for something that you’re employee did, she messed up why are you not get her on the phone so she can get this understood

Lo central que está! Excelente ubicación

Cons:

Las instalaciones, demasiado viejo, huele a humedad, camas incómodas y el tema del parking es molesto la verdad, llevamos una camioneta pickup y fue muy difícil encontrar una buena plaza de garaje y tener que ir hasta el frente que el hotel no cuente con su propio parking es maluco, aparte de tener que ir a la recepción a validar el ticket cada vez que quiere uno salir es incómodo, de resto personal agradable, amable respetuoso y excelente ubicación
