They could improve in laundrying tbeir sheets, it smells like it wasn’t washed properly. But then, staff were very helpf

Other than the parking, we enjoyed the hotel and the morning staff

Convient location to arena. Room was clean. The breakfast was nice

Cons:

Staff didn't tell us where to park and they didn't tell us we were being charged $25 for parking. We even asked if the garage was theirs. He just said no but failed to tell us which garage belongs to the hotel. We got a boot on the car ($75 to remove) and an additional charge ($28) for the garage we parked in with no idea that we had to pay immediately on line. We are from Vidalia and we've never seen a procedure for parking. Lesson learned the hard way

Pros:

Worst hotel experience ever. Staff is rude, room was filthy, dirty sheets, ants around the window, sticky bathroom floor, bathtub did nor work, towels had hair on them, sketchy guests taking/selling drugs in the halls, I ended up with bed bug bites.
I went downstairs to complain several times & was dismissed.
I sent several complaint emails & was told by the so-called manager that they don’t have time to read results.
They essentially blamed ME for everything.
If you’re looking for a nice/clean/safe place to stay, this place isn’t it.
It’s basically a drug house hostel with a horrible staff.

Hotel muito velho. Pequeno almoço horroroso. Ar condicionado super barulhento. Quarto escuro sem luz natural.
Não recomendo.

Pros:

My stay at Barclay ticked all the boxes. Quiet; good breakfast; excellent customer service; suitably located to attractions and the MARTA network. No hesitations in recommending.

velmi staré vybavení, hotel spíše k rekonstrukci,ale na skvělém místě

výborné místo přímo v centru, skvěle dostupné

Cons:

Kvalita odpovídá spíše středně kvalitnímu hostelu, snídaně každý den stejné (waffle, musli nebo trvanlivé pečivo), vybavení je nejméně 50 let staré, v koupelně kapala ze stropu voda, výhled v 7. patře přímo do plotu parkoviště, které je cca 30 cm od okna. Pokud by byla cena cca o 60 % nižší, pak by kvalita odpovídala (zaplaceno skoro 2000 USD za 7 dní).
