Pros:

the staff was nice enough

Cons:

There was no cold water and the hot water was boiling hot.. We were given a towel with feces on it.. we paid extra for a city view to star at the side of a building.. at 3am a big bright light popped on shinning in our window..

Pros:

The French toast sticks were fantastic! The person working the front desk was super nice.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, area felt unsafe, but a block away felt much safer, needed clearer instructions about check in process and parking information. A ceiling tile fell out during breakfast and almost fell on my family.
