Localização EXCELENTE permitindo ir a pé em 5 minutos ao Parque Olímpico, ao Word of Coca-Cola e ao Aquário. 7 minutos para o Hard Rock.
Atendimento muito atencioso de todos os funcionários!

It was really bad and I requested a refund or compensation and was denied.
Cons:

They made it really hard for me to check into my room and then when they finally placed me in a room it was filthy. The room was so bad my friend left because the room was too dirty for her. I requested to speak to the manager numerous times and no has gotten back to me. I also lost my car keys inside of the hotel and searched all over the hotel and had to wait 3 hours for a spare car key just for the my car’s keys to be sitting right at the front desk..
