Pros:

24 hours hot water and hot chocolate, plus grab bag to go. Pool closed much later at 10 pm

Cons:

open pool earlier like 6 am, I have business that start 8 am. I like go pool do laps

TV closed caption wasn't working, I couldn't move different room since it was full! I couldn't watch tv without using closed caption. I'm DEAF so sad

Clean rooms, breakfast subpar, front desk staff not welcoming
Pros:

Great location, the bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom were very clean!

Cons:

The gal that checked us in never welcomed us or made eye contact and was extremely flat. Not the VT welcome we were expecting.
The breakfast was low quality and disappointing, we ended up going out to eat.

Very good choice for people travelling. Right on the highway without being noisy.
Pros:

Clean and well laid out. Nice shower.

The breakfast was adequate but the hot food quality could be a bit higher and warmer.

Overall, the stay was convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Loved the location!

Cons:

The hot water in the shower was luke warm at best, we tried to give out 8 month old baby a bath but in turn had to fill up her portable tub with the sink water.

Great hotel to stay & rest if traveling through
Pros:

Great location for our event at arena across street. Renovated, clean, comfortable, friendly, surprisingly delicious full breakfast buffet included. Nice comfortable bed. Comfortable lounge area with gas fireplace and decent soft rock music in background instead of loud muzak. Easy access to old city area and restaurants. Thanks very much!

It was ok. Thankfully we only used the property for sleeping.

Noise level at 11:30pm was very loud. We had to change rooms and floors and we were not compensated. The room was smaller despite the beds being the same size.

Nice location. Easy access to the main highway.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and coffee was good.

Cons:

Not enough hot water or water pressure in the shower. It was a trickle. Found used Tabaco chew cans under the bed. Room smelled like a smoking room.

Pros:

Breakfast variety was very good. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Room service each day would be nice with fresh towels. Also, more than one set of towels to begin with. Shower soaps and dispenser were broken. Pancakes machine did not work.
