We had a 1am flight so just used the room to rest a bit and reorganize.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the door to the room stayed open. (That may sound strange but when carrying lots of luggage it’s difficult to try to hold the hotel door open!)

Cons:

We did not stay for breakfast. I didn’t like the fact you couldn’t walk to a restaurant.

The location was good.

Cons:

The AC was quite noisy and the front desk said they will resolve it, but it seems to be a lie, coz no staff went in my room. I stayed there five nights. They also refuse to provide invoice or receipt.

Poor service ruined what would have been an ok stay.
Pros:

Fine for a one night stay. Nothing special but the front desk check in experience was appalling.

Cons:

Front desk did not have our reservation-made through Best Western and told us that the information for the day’s reservations had been cleared from the system at 10pm rather than the usual 3am. The two young self described trainees were unable to do anything to find and honor our reservation. Because it was 1:30 am and we were exhausted from our travel I asked if we could then make a new reservation. They quoted a rate much higher than the original reservation. I thought to check booking.com and found a lower rate. The next day we awoke to find that we had still been charged for the original reservation that they could find. Are currently in the process of trying to get a refund. A complete mess with staff who shouldn’t be put in the position of working without support. No manager available to assist.

Best handicap bathroom. The receptionist at front desk.

Cons:

Air conditioning does work in the room. 73 degrees. Coffee was not good. Watered down sausage gravy.

I never experienced this hotel like this. Gross.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here multiple times before. I like the location, pool, breakfast.

Cons:

My room was absolutely disgusting this time. My bed had light red stains, also my pillow had stains. The tissue box had gunk on it. Stains all up the wall and dresser. Someone else’s stuff still under the chair. The room was not cleaned. Hair in the bath. I got the lady to switch out my bedding, still filthy though.

It was warm, dry and comfortable.

Cons:

Its a fair hike from everything....if you don't have a car. Breakfast was average, typical dried out buffet (even at 7.00am) possibly powered eggs, and processed meats.
