Great spot, excellent staff
Pros:

All staff was so kind and asked if we needed anything. At breakfast, the staff kept the area very clean and attended to guest. I very much loved this stay!

We won’t be back!
Pros:

Bed was great, pillows, not so much! They seemed old and flat.

Cons:

No instructions on using the AC! No instructions on calling the front desk! Waiting downstairs for our rides we noticed dirty/chipped moldings and marks on the walks, missing pieces on the floor heating units! The place could use some touching up and repairing. If I’m paying a premium rate to stay here, it should be a premium looking place.

Building and staff absolutely phenomenal. Ownership ignores loyalty
Pros:

Everything! Staff ALL; front desk days/nights, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast cooks , all amazing.

Cons:

Corporate finance. Do not acknowledge being top BW club member. 10’s of thousands of dollars spent staying at BW’s across the country. This property does not acknowledge loyalty. Sad when BW top member, and still more affective to book 3rd party. (50/night difference). NOT local staff’s blame, only local ownership.

Communication at property NON-Existent.
Cons:

Poor communication, indicating a clear disregard for health and wellbeing of guests, as well as the partnership created between 3rd party booking and said hotel, after multiple attempts to make contact via email, phone call, message, over multiple days, and still no return communication. Pretty clear this is a company or property that is not concerned with customer service. I don't blame the employees, this is most likely a company policy.
