It is always a pleasure to stay at the Omni in downtown Charlotte, they have the best staff ever! The attention we receive from Jsean, Chamissa, Joe, Steph, Debbie and Celssia is always on point! Jsean, Front Desk Supervisor is always accommodating and so is Chamissa! They really make us feel special and always exhibit professionalism and excellent customer service. Joe Camara is a Superior Bellman - so helpful and courteous! Thanks to Steph as well for providing great service. Special thanks to Debbie who works the hospitality room! Debbie is eager to please all guests with her warm and pleasant personality! Celssia, Superb Bartender, always a pleasure to see you! Overall, Jsean ensures our stay at the Omni is wonderful! Besides being located near the events we attend, the quality of service we receive makes Omni our top hotel to stay in because of the way the staff makes us feel!
Thanks for making us feel so valued! B. Curry & Ava B
Great hotel !
Right in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, NC.
Easy walking everywhere including the Spectrum Center for basketball games!
Great service and staff!!
Amazing staff and the hotel restaurant was exceptional
The Omni Charlotte beat my expectations… The staff was very very nice. Parking was easy and the rooms were clean…
I was there for a meeting and the bathroom facilities were clean. The food was good… Everything was very enjoyable and the location was close to lots of great restaurants.
I visited the Omni Charlotte for a business meeting. The room was clean, well-appointed and ideally sized for a business traveler. There was a pedestrian bridge to the building where my meeting convened each day. The fitness center is not exclusive to Omni so it holds your ID while at the facility (inconvenient) and will not allow you to leave the premises with a towel needed to mop your sweaty brow. Some of my colleagues complained about street noise but it was not a problem for me. The Omni's proximity to the 24-hour Red Eye Diner is a great feature.
Omni Charlotte's strength is the warmth, courtesy and professionalism of its people. Even when late for meetings, I couldn't cross the lobby fast enough to avoid a friendly greeting, a helpful suggestion or a bottle of water. Greatly appreciated! Omni Charlotte prioritizes hospitality and it made all the difference between a good stay and great stay. Clarissa, Yasmin and Tsega are part of the front office team who provided outstanding service during my stay.
Fantastic front desk, clean and LOVELY rooms and GREAT GYM. There is a drugstore downstairs which is great for last minute items. I recommend for anyone!
The location is perfect. You’re right in town so you’re able to do everything without driving.
The value/cost of the hotel is too much. Then when you’re there you will have to pay for any other amenities separately.
Loved it, great staff and location!
Location was perfect for date night to the concert perfect for walking distance. Atmosphere was quiet and very classy. Rooms was very nice city view and clean. I didn't get access to the rooftop which was the main reason I booked the hotel for the price I was a little disappointed and not happy with that not being disclosed before booking and the Robes you have to request I thought they would be in the room since it was an amenity and no slippers was available they ran out. The next morning I was able to express my disappointment and Dominic was polite and gave us drink vouchers. That was appreciated, I will like to stay there again but with access to the rooftop to get the full experience of the hotel next time. I would recommend this hotel just be prepared to pay for WiFi also another disappointment with the cost being $300 a night after taxes
I had a great stay at the Omni Hotel in Charlotte. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with an amazing view! The food and drinks were really good. A special thank you to Yasmine, Dominque, and Lucy at the front desk—they were very helpful and made the stay even better. Great customer service! I will be back soon!
This was my first time staying at the Omni Hotel during a recent business trip. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms were clean, which I appreciated.
One small issue I noticed was that the room felt like it was slightly on a slant, and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed properly. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was noticeable.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. The front desk team was amazing—very welcoming and helpful—and the valet parking service was also excellent and very efficient.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.
Walking distance to several shops, including several restaurants. Great atmosphere. Clean spacious rooms. Service was amazing with several amenities included. Price competitive. The only complaint was the noise from all the buses and vehicles at night from the busy road. Would highly recommend.
This was my first stay at the Charlotte Omni although I regularly stay at similar hotels whenever I fly into Charlotte om a red eye from California and check in at 6 am and check out early afternoon just to catch a couple hours sleep before my 3 hr drive home even flying 1st class isn’t comfortable enough to get enough sleep). I carefully communicated my situation in advance so I wouldn’t be classified as a “no show”. The Omni desk didn’t get the message so my arrival check-in was delayed because I was listed as an “no show” and I was given a room in an area “ under construction “. I suspect that my prior communication was with AI. The human staff is very professional and helpful and the room was clean. The bed was a surprisingly lumpy but that may be rectified after renovations. The hotel is well situated and convenient from the airport. All in all I recommend the Omni.
Very clean and professional. Restaurant/Bar and fitness options are good here.
Incredible stay for a business conference.
Overbooked, they notified me while I was on the plan from California for a business trip to my client for dinner meetings in Uptown and morning meetings the next day. They pushed us out to a very poor property out by the airport, forcing us to uber to dinner and back and then into town for our meetings which was extremely disruptive. My entire part my flying from CA was affected and we have used this hotel as “home base” for five years when visiting these clients 4-5 times per year. We are now finding a new property.
