GreenTree Inn Houston IAH Airport

This was one of the cheaper hotels near the airport, and it provided the facilities and services I expected for the price I paid.

When we got to the room I went to use the bathroom and there was crap all over the underside of the toilet seat. I went to the front desk and told them about it they said they would notify housekeeping. I left and came back a few hours later to a still dirty toilet. I went to front desk again and they said housekeeping had left already. I had them switch me rooms and the new room wasn’t any better.

elevator sometimes doesn’t work.

Demolition pending building, plug sockets with missing cover plates, inside room ceiling is fall apart and could fall on you anytime. The interesting thing is they will take $60 as mandatory incidental deposit for any damages you make to the property which is already falling apart.
The vending machines will accept cash but you won’t get the item you paid for and when I complained, the receptionist said he will let the maintenance know tomorrow and I have to accept that my money is gone.

Room condition acceptable

Airport hotel.I checked in at 3am. Checkout was at 11,I was working on my computer time got away from me I was in the shower at 11:05 and they were beating on the door telling me I’ve missed checkout. Was at the front desk a 25 after 11 and girl at the desk yelling at me for checking out 25 minutes late. Ps thinking there was about 10 people in the hotel that night👎👎👎
And the ac was so loud it shook the beef like someone deposed quarters in it.

Elevator hasn’t been working for months!! Not great… hotels are out date for sure and some of the sheets are clean.. when in a hunch it’s nice

The whole place is a joke, unsafe , No shuttle after 11 one answered the phone strong weed smell at the entrance , room with a funky smell , lights broken , tv no working , slepery floor very unclean and unsafe, demanding 60 dlls holding in case of damage in room ? Very poor breakfast, I knew it was cheap but all this is unacceptable, I have to paid 20 dlls ubber as there were no shuttle and no one answered the phone for an hour , Expedia is better than that.
Requesting my full refund , 60 dlls hold as well as my 20 dlls ubber

Great for a quick stay beds are hard a foul unpleasant smell through the hotel clean rooms fresh clean towels and sheets a 60.00 deposit

Many things in disrepair . Horrible bed old dirty furniture.

Very outdated. Needs major update in HVAC system. Breakfast: yogurt, muffin, apples, orange, banana, cofee/tea. Waiting for food inspection to come to allow do more for breakfast. No date set up for it.

Good value. Don't rely on their shuttle. Bus 102 is much more efficient.

Very clean, breakfast ok but my TV set was not working and regardless of reporting, it three times they never came to even take a look.

The "business center" is just a chair. No computer or printer or deak or anything. The room key stops working every day and you have to go to the front deak to get it fixes. The "continental breakfast" was pathetic. Little dollar store muffins and milk cartons and oranges. That's it. No eggs or bacon or waffles. No cereal or bagels or toast. No omelettes. No oatmeal. The whole property smells like marijuana. Poor lighting in the rooms. No safe in the rooms for valuables. The towels are super small and thin. It's luke drying yourself with a washcloth.
