Unique building and the 360° lounge/restaurant was awesome
Unfortunately the hot tub was closed
Close to Bentleyville
Have stayed here before to go to Bentleyville. After walking around in cold we were looking forward to warming up in hot tub or sauna. Neither worked. Pool looked dirty.
Hotel is worn and a bit threadbare. Our comforter had small holes in it where the insulation would come out.
Shower water never got more than lukewarm
We found the staff nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
We were in room 1510. The plaster around the window was crumbling and there were pieces on the floor. The shower curtain was bent and sagged in the middle so the shower curtain didn't stay I place. And the elevator needs maintenance.
I hope the hotel can get this feedback and update the room.
TV internet wasn't working right and neighbors would slam their door when they would leave
Circle style, restaurant
No whirlpool/ hot tub and pool under repair
The location was convenient
The elevator didn’t work the upper level restaurant was filthy the parking garage was horrifying we paid extra for a harbor view room and could barely see the harbor and the shower went from hot to cold without touching the handle
The view was great.
Our air conditioning was not working. The hot tub was not working. I thought everything was pretty expensive
I think the location is nice.
I think how wonderful the revolving restaurant could be it falls way short.
Bathroom was dirty, smell like old pee. Dirty carpet, dirty walls, dirty fridge and AC was super loud i could not sleep.
No room service, overall it's not worth the money!
The location and easy parking. It was very easy to navigate.
The room had hairs in the bathroom counter/|sink and old soap was left in the shower. The tv would glitch out randomly. Sometimes the elevator was a really long wait.
The hotel was old, dirty and smelly
Bathroom was gross. The room smelt of mold and cigarettes. Pool hallway smelt. Blood on door of bathroom. Facility is run down
The only ok thing I can kind of say is the location was fine.
It was very ran down. Mold in the grout of the shower. The credit card machine wasn’t working when we arrived so they made a copy of my card with the scanner that I was not a fan of. Hotel was not worth the amount we paid. Very disappointed!
The food at the rotating restaurant was great. The man at the front desk that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. For the short time kids got to use the pool, they had fun.
My room was filthy. Literally filthy. Crumbs and debris all over the counters and the shelf at the end of the countertop, my bedside table, the entire perimeter of the room, the headboard, the bathroom floor, the toilet, ALL DIRTY. There should never be signs of the last people that stayed in a hotel room, let alone all of their damn food crumbs on the surfaces. So gross. Dead bug stuck to the window curtain along with some sort of web/cocoon on the window. I was not told the hot tub was out of order prior to checking in, and we were there celebrating my sons 15 birthday. He chose this hotel out of EVERY SINGLE other in Duluth. And then the freaking pool got closed due to "high water levels". What a DISAPPOINTMENT this place was. I spent over $200 for this room and I couldn't even get NEW ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER?? You leave the old ones?? What in the actual hell. I got so robbed with this stay, and I couldn't afford it in the first place. I was just trying to do something awesome for my son and his best friend, and I regret that it was at your hotel. From the second I walked in the room it was a disaster. It was loud ALL night from foot traffic above us. Everything felt dirty and gross. I am just sick that I spent that money on an awful stay that my poor freaking kid tried to just smile through while saying it was 'no big deal' about the pool and hot tub. The ONLY things he was looking forward to using. *Update, the response to the hot tub being closed was that since it was removed as an amenity on the website, it shouldn't have been an expectation. We live in town and have been to this hotel and used the hot tub in the past, so when the photos posted of the pool still show the hot tub area in the same spot, we had no reason to assume it was still there, just no longer available for use. Just keeps getting better! I would like to be refunded. I would have been better off literally flushing $200 down the toilet.
Loved how close it was to Bentleyville and other things in town!
Was a little upset that the hot tub wasn’t working, and nobody at the front desk told us about it
