The hotel lacks the features that would justify this kind of price.
Pros:

Amazing localization of the hotel, close to many restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk. The bed are comfortable and we enjoyed the city view from the 8th floor.

Cons:

The swimming pool and gym are small for an hotel this size… With the cost of the room we were planning to enjoy those features and we didn’t. The absence of a buffet breakfast with a room this expensive feels like a rip off. Overall a nice stay thanks for the restaurants and things to do near the hotel. But I felt like I paid way to much for this room and will go to another nearby hotel the next time I’m staying in LaCrosse.

Nice hotel great location
Pros:

La.Crosse is a busy town and the hotel prices reflect that. Plus this hotel is on the river and the availability to restaurants is amazing. So more expensive.
However for the cost you would expect more than just a “holiday inn” room and facilities. Not there is anything wrong. It was clean and provided all the things. It was just the price of a Hyatt. So you expect those little things that distinguish them from others.

Cons:

Out beds were not made, towels seemed to be moved but nothing was replenished

Maybe best choice in the area
Pros:

I liked the Three Rivers Restaurant.

Cons:

I didn’t like the cleanliness after housekeeping service. The provided shampoo and conditioner was not it the best made my hair very dry.

We liked the location, but a couple amenities should be updated.
Pros:

Location is great and the staff was friendly, elevator is quick, comfortable bed. Whomever the woman was doing cleaning in the lobby and entryways was doing a great job and was very cheerful.

Cons:

The television guide was not up to date (said July 1st, when the current date was July 11), so nothing in the guide was accurate. Also, there was no info button on the remote to let you know what you're watching.
The air conditioner was also a bit lacking. We had it set for 70° and it was still very stuffy in the room. However, when it turned off and on, it was a gradual process and not very loud, so that was appreciated.

Comfortable spot in a great location for walking the waterfront and dining in town.
Pros:

We did not have a reservation when we arrived but the front desk staff was terrific in getting us booked in one of the few king rooms that face the river. It was a bit rainy and overcast but still we enjoyed looking at the river from our room. We were able to walk around the waterfront and the town easily from the hotel. There are quite a few restaurants, some yummy ice cream parlors, and the beautiful St. Joseph Catholic Church nearby. Bed was comfy. The room had everything we needed. Parking was safe and just in front of the hotel. Self-service coffee in the lobby in the morning was also appreciated! And we liked that we could open our windows in our room for fresh air.
