Comfortable, location was grass we were attending an advent at the event center

Great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars, so no driving. Or there is a wonderful restaurant and bar right there off the lobby. We toured a historic art gallery space and went to the Rivole historic cinema. Walked to that as well. Fun and revitalizing city.
The hotel was quiet, clean, friendly staff, and has an indoor pool and whirlpool. You can access it from the 2nd floor so you don't need to drip through the lobby.
Rooms have 2 queen beds on the river side with that view or the king bedrooms look over the city, so pretty at night. Loved the river walk that runs right behind the hotel.

Friendly staff - even with a large group in the conference center and a ton of kids in for a basketball tournament. The river walk was a terrific resource for walking in the unseasonably warm day. Will definitely go back.

Very nicely updated. Clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and of course the Lacrosse Center. Right on the river, beautiful!

The location was great. River views and paths right out the back door and safety isn't an issue.
The atmosphere is a normal Radisson, bland with neutral color theme.
The rooms are in the process of getting bathroom updates. I stayed in a room that was updated and the shower had a rainshower shower head and a separate wand, both with great pressure...actually it was quite nice.
My work paid for the room so I can't tell you if there was any value but when I looked at the bill it seemed reasonable.

Great service, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms look really nice. I love the fact there is a skywalk connected to the lacrosse center so I did not have to go outside in the cold.

Excellent Radisson hotel in LaCrosse Wisconsin. Booked online and had a great experience. Comfortable bed, quiet at night even with lots of gymnastics kids at the hotel.
It has a very good restaurant and an inside bridge to the LaCrosse Center.

Always love staying here for a getaway. The staff is always amazing. The rooms are clean and quiet. We never hear our neighbors. The food at Three rivers is always amazing. We treated ourselves this time to room service and also the Romance package… champagne and chocolate from the Pearl. Also the view is a win whether it’s the city or the river. Both are beautiful!

Front desk staff accommodating beyond what most would even consider in my experience over the years. Made us feel welcomed even though it was later in the evening. We needed that welcome after a long drive. No hesitation whatsoever for them to be kind. Wasn’t expecting that, but incredibly grateful and made all the difference in our rest that night and our overall experience. I believe it was a genuine gesture. The staff seemed committed to service no matter how tired or not fancy we appeared! The price seemed competitive. Clean and comfortable atmosphere, warm, not overly cold/modern. Even though we were later and slightly beyond when the kitchen closed, the staff was very accommodating with myself and older children with water or cocoa or drinks or what we needed while they worked and closed up for the night. The location is easily accessible and plenty of room for parking a large SUV. Getting to the area might be a bit of a challenge if pulling a trailer or in a large RV during the daytime local traffic and activity (tapers down to more narrow streets and lane change could be tricky if you aren’t prepared for the route), but we weren’t really approaching it from that perspective during our visit. Later in the evening or early in the morning was fine to maneuver about anywhere you wanted. The room we had viewed the Mississippi River and it was fun watching the eagles fly and hunt. Felt safe walking around. Even after dark we saw a few people casually walking along the park/path in a well lit area - albeit nobody around pretty much. Peaceful. Quiet (later evening when we arrived). I would go back again.

We had a great stay, Izy and Jeremy were great at the restaurant. We loved the renovated rooms.

Was a great hotel not most comfortable beds but park next door really worked out with our dog

Excellent view of mississippi, bald eagles hunting for fish, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. What better place is there to stay in lacrosse.

Check-in was quick and we received friendly service. The room was clean and relaxing. The location of the hotel is close to all of our tourist destinations.

Hotel was nice. Went to happy hour in the bar/restaurant and had drinks and an appetizer. If you weren't a"local" never picked up empty drinks or dishes. Only talked to the locals, other tables had to go up to bar to order. Never came to the tables.

Ive been staying here the last 4 years with my family for the state dance competition. The upgraded bathroom in the hotel room is very nice. A week or so before we arrived this time, the hotel contacted us to let us know there was construction going on in the building. We didnt hear anything for the 2 days we were there. I appreciated the heads up. Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived in town an hour early and were told a room was ready for us, but we would have to pay a $25 fee for checking in an hour early. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Then later in the evening about 8pm they were having an event with extremely loud thumping music which from our room on the third floor woke us up out of a sound sleep. I called down to the desk and the employee told me that yes the music would continue until midnight and that “Yes, from the third floor you probably can hear it.” I asked if there was a room farther away from it and was informed that, no, they had nothing available. I said that was unacceptable and asked what they could do about it. The employee answered, “We have ear plugs at the front desk.” Not acceptable, I answered. “ Well, that’s all we have. Anytime we have an event people hear loud music.”, was the reply. They should put that statement in their advertising! I haven’t checked yet, but I won’t be surprised if we have to pay for the ear plugs. We will NEVER stay here again. We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing night. If you want a peaceful stay…
Do not stay here. Also, the refrigerator is not clean.

Very nice all around, would stay here again for sure! Facility was very clean, the bar and restaurant were great! Rooms are newer with updated bathrooms!

Great location for our company party, great food, helpful staff. Beds were very comfy! Bathrooms were newly remodeled and look great! Only thing that would’ve made it better is if they had a free breakfast in the morning.

Very nice people and a great view. The restaurant is very good, too. The in-room coffee was good. You can't beat the location, since I was able to walk all around downtown and along the river, but still be just a few blocks from the hotel.
