On the airport shuttle we only due PIE and our hours are 7AM - 3PM seven days a week but we do require guest to request at least by check in so we may make the proper arrangements for the transportation .

Please note that our swimming pool will be closed Monday 10/31-Wednesday 11/02 for emergency maintenance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The entire hotel is clean and modern, the staff worked hard to get everything prepared. Breakfast was available before 6am, the late check-in time was readily available and I felt very comfortable with all the amenities- especially the hot chocolate.

It was terrible. Would not recommend.
Pros:

Location was convenient for the airport

Cons:

The room was not cleaned. Mattress on pull out couch was dirty and disgusting. Got a different room which was not cleaned either. Didn’t have any other rooms available. Staff never answered the desk phone and was outside every time I went to the front desk for something.

Would not stay again due to the lack of cleanliness
Pros:

Conveniently located close to the airport.

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty. Black stains on the walls, peeling paint on the ceiling. The room had two beds, one had brown stains on the comforter. If it was not 1am and I wasn’t traveling alone I would have immediately found a different place to stay.

The staff was all exceptional.

Cons:

There was a roach crawling on the wall, the room shelves were dirty and dusty, there was a stinky smell coming from the air unit
