On the airport shuttle we only due PIE and our hours are 7AM - 3PM seven days a week but we do require guest to request at least by check in so we may make the proper arrangements for the transportation .

Please note that our swimming pool will be closed Monday 10/31-Wednesday 11/02 for emergency maintenance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La bañera manchada y amarilla. La lámpara del baño goteaba, lo notifique y me dijeron que eso pasaba cuando la habitación arriba de la mía las personas se bañaban 😏. Piense que es algo que deben resolver, un poco peligroso .

THE CARPET NEEDED TO BE CLEANED AND THE CURTAINS DESPERATELY!!!!
WHEN I WALKED AROUND THE ROOM MY FEET GOT FILTHY DIRTY FROM THE CARPET.
OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS GOOD !!!!

I planned trip in advance to accommodate myself and 4 family members 2 rooms side by side of which one family member was disabled. upon arrival one of the rooms for accessibility was given away leaving me to accept a regular room that the accommodation didn't provide accessibility for a mobility scooter and bathroom space for hygiene wasn't spacious enough which caused major problems for handicapped person to be cleaned normally had to purchase a bucket to bathed the guest who is disabled in the foyer area of room very displeased. Unacceptable
