Adequate. Overpriced. Will not book there again.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly, but…so disorganized. The view from the room was awesome.

Cons:

When we arrived there was no T.P. in the room. We called the desk. And waited. And waited. And waited. Finally had to go down to the desk and get some. The valet lost my car keys. And finally found them after some panic under a different tag than what I was given.
Also. $40.00/night for parking, with no non-valet option. Hella spendy.

Pros:

Location was perfect for events at Grand Casino Arena!
Walking distance to bars/ restaurants. If you choose not to valet park, self parking is easy and close(half block away) and also connected to the hotel by skyway if yo don’t want to walk outside. Nice little cost savings as well💰 Room was quiet and bed was perfectly comfortable!

Cons:

All was great even during a busy concert night

Disappointed
Pros:

Location is nice. ..valet parking personnel were awesome!

Cons:

When we entered our room- it was smelly musty and smelled like something was hot/burning.. we noticed a plug in hanging loose from the wall by the curtains and also the lamp on the desk was broken with part the broken sharp pieces still screwed into the shade. There were blood and gross stuff on the back of the curtains (kids saw while we were waiting on hold for the front desk.
I didn’t get through to the front desk for 10 -15 mins - finally talked to an operator (who was lovely!) and she told us to come right down to the front. We did that and the front desk person (who checked us in) seemed inattentive and almost like he didn’t recognize that he just checked us in 20 mins ago.
He gave us a new room and sent us on our way without seriously acknowledging our concern. I felt unheard and wish I just had of demanded a refund and gone to a different hotel. The new room was ok but this hotel is so outdated and not worth the money.

Good hotel stay
Pros:

The hotel is a bit removed from the main street where the restaurant hotspots are, but the area is still very walkable. It offers one of the best river views around, and the service throughout the stay has been consistently helpful. We’re here to watch the Wild play at the Xcel Energy Center, and it’s only about a 15‑minute walk from the hotel.
