Really great stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Location was great and we had a beautiful view of the river from out room. Every employee was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

Cons:

Only thing that would have been great would be free coffee in the lobby!

Ok but probably not again
Pros:

Location to River Center was only a 10 min walk

Cons:

$38/night for parking, expensive breakfast, bed was to soft, pillows are fluffy but flatten in 4 seconds. Probably won't stay there again. Rooms are small.

Wasn't to my family satisfaction. Pricing wasn't worth the stay at all.
Pros:

Staff were rude. Horrible communication and customer service.

Cons:

There was no breakfast. Rooms were so moist, sheets felt damp.

Cons:

I requested two rooms next to each other when I booked. The rooms we got weren't even on the same floor. When we checked in, I was told that they couldn't accommodate my request.

Cons:

It was dirty, the sheets didn’t stay on the bed because they were so cheap, so we constantly woke up on an exposed mattress, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Also, they forced you to use valet to park, which was crazy expensive.
