Pros:

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was perfect as close to a number of restaurants and the train station. The room itself was clean and a great size.

Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro z bezpośrednim dojazdem pod katedrę Duomo. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Pyszne śniadanie. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane i zmieniane ręczniki. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

More than just a hotel!
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable and to find a complimentary bottle of water on arrival is lovely. The staff is extremely helpful and patient. It took two visits to my room to set up the in room safe as I had problems. When I asked where to go for lunch, someone called the restaurant to tell them I was on my way. It felt like visiting people I knew rather than staying in a hotel.
