Pros:

The location is perfect, very close to Milano Centrale. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and had enough options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hair dryer in the room was not very good. When it is used for a longer time (for example, first by a child and then by an adult), it turns off and you have to wait some time before you can use it again. It probably overheats.

Not the best but ok
Pros:

The room was ok but quite warm and the air con did not seem to be working properly. The bed was quite hard and so we didn't get a great nights sleep. Also the room was quite noisy as overlooked the street plus from noise in the rooms above. We arrived at the train station and walked to the hotel and its not the poshest of areas so we decided not to venture out (we were only staying there overnight to get a connect to the airport the next day).
