Family Room
Pros:

Easy access to Milano Central and very friendly staff. Had a family room that was large and comfortable. Very handy to have a secure and free left luggage area.

Pros:

地理位置极为优越，就在主火车站旁边
客房内提供免费的洗漱用品，此外客房里还有几块糖果和一瓶看起来很高档的矿泉水
最惊喜的一点，在白天时段他们提供sweet corner，里面有很好吃的软糖和棉花糖，另外还免费提供气泡水

Cons:

不满意的点也是来自于sweet corner，因为它只在白天提供，当我晚上饥肠辘辘地从外面回来以及第二天早上退房时，都没有看见这些美味的糖果，前台说只有白天才提供，但我认为作为一家四星级酒店，24小时提供一些糖果和气泡水应该不是什么问题

Sijainti hyvä. Rautatieasema ja lentoasemalle menevien bussien lähtöpaikat lähellä. Samoin kaupunkiliikenteen pysäkit ja hop on hop off bussien pysäkki. Siistit modernit tilat sekä huoneissa, että yleisissä tiloissa.

Cons:

Aamiainen periaatteessa riittävä, mutta taso vaihteli esim. toisena aamuna munakas ok, toisena ihan vetinen. Leivät ja makeat leivonnaiset mauttomia. Henkilökunta liiankin innokas viemään astiat pöydästä. Ilmanvaihto huoneissa saisi olla parempi.

Convenient location
Pros:

The location is so convenient - proximity to the station is great, lots of good options too nearby. Plus the room was a good size and very clean.
The staff are really friendly. The day we arrived we had tickets to see the Last supper, delay in flight meant we had about 30mins to get the venue. When we got to the hotel we mentioned this and without hesitation they agreed that we could leave the luggage and do the check in after.

Pros:

Grei beliggenhet utenfor sentrum med kort avstand til tog og metro.

Cons:

Klimaanlegget/kjøling var ikke tilgjengelig pga årstiden (april). Det var fryktelig varmt på rommet i 5. etasje. Fikk tilbud om bytte av rom til første etasje. Det var fortsatt varmt.

På rommet i første etasje var det generende støy fra vannrør gjennom natten. Det var også noe støy fra trafikk utenfor.

Dusjen på rommet var ødelagt og kunne fint vært byttet for et bedre helhets inntrykk og vanntrykk. Ellers OK bad.

A convenient and quiet hotel, close to the main train station.
Pros:

The hotel is very well-situated, just a few short blocks to Milano Centrale, the main train station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are pleasant and quiet.

Cons:

I was disappointed to be asked to pay for the lovely breakfast. I had thought it was part of the room price.

It was only one day stay with a lot of good memories

I liked the location. Close to the Railway station and subway as well. Very helpfull staff.

My stay was during the Winter Olympics Milano-2026. Rates were high for the tiny room.

Я ещё раз вернусь в этот отель, потому чно всё мне понровилось.
Pros:

Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Местоположение супер! Каждый день убирали комноту , чистота на высоком уровне. Очень радовали мармеладные конфетки, кофе и бутылка свежой воды, каждый день🥰🥰🥰.

Cons:

Первую ночь , с наружи был сильный шум ,который мешал нам спать-как будто загружали вагоны! В целом я понимаю, что это не вина отеля , но было некомфортно. Вид из окна не очень впечетлял,окна смотрели на внутренный дворик и многоэтажную парковку.
