The booking procedure. I have stayed at this and the Hilton downtown Minneapolis several times. No one seems to 'own' my reservation, or have a commitment to it. Booking.com says to contact the hotel. The hotel says to contact booking.com. No email to confirm reservation. Turning in receipts for my work related travel is not possible as I don't get receipts.
I want basic human interaction. I realize the whole goal is to avoid customer contact, as we humans can be messy. We have questions. We have concerns. We have problems sometimes. So the answer is to shuffle us off to a website. This reminded me to check on my next down Minneapolis stay, which will be at the Sheraton / Nicollet Mall. My reservation there will be with Sheraton. My co-worker stayed there for 4 nights last week and reported a flawless booking and stay.
Clean and spacious
Very loud. No room for anyway to swim or get in the hot tub. Even after the pool closed at 11pm there was still so much chaos and nose until about 1am. Then at about 7am the noise and chaos started up again. No one informed me there was a hockey team there on the pool level otherwise I could have changed my room. I was excited to have a getaway with my partner and very much so did not enjoy it because of all the noise and chaos all night long.
Nothing
It was dirty and nothing like the photos
Location is good
Atmosphere is chill busy at times but it’s a hotel.
Rooms on the one side (closest to the pool) need updating badly seem so dark and gloomy even the hallways on that side feel cold and dark low key scary.
Value is good can’t complain
Cleanliness I’m the needing updated side has been dirtier then I would like but not terrible. noise level not a problem .
Service all staff are awesome I have stayed here long term off and on and they always remember me which is super nice and they usually accommodate me and give me the room I want.
I stay here often they know me now and my service pup! I feel super comfortable here they don’t watch and follow you around or bug you. Only negative I can say is no continental breakfast it cost 15.00. Other than that love this hotel I have recommended it several times. Will always come back!
Big jacuzzi sweet! Bigger than 2 hotel rooms. Quite pricey, tho. Super close to MOA, so if that's on your addenda, then this place is great.
Needed some Tylenol or ibuprofen, and the only thing they had was a spring. They were out of them.
Loved the service at the front desk by Adam thanks man! Love this hotel had a great experience thank you will be back soon!
The room was great, clean and cozy. Liked the breakfast buffet we added on too! The common area like the elevator waiting space on our floor was cold.
The hotel said there was a hottub, which hadn't been clear in the website. Upon arrival to the hottub though it was closed due to rumored poop contamination. It was closed the next day as well. The pool was cold and it's in a big open area. Definitely would not get a poolside room as it would be loud with kids playing in the big open indoor space next to it. The common area like the elevator waiting space on our floor was cold as well.
Good
Cheap
Quick, kind, clean
Nothing!
Everyone was nice
Nothing it was clean
Room was spacious and had a nice TV. Provided all the shower materials needed.
The king size bed was to hard and pillows were way to soft. Cleaning staff did not replace the drinking glasses that were proved for the room. Their job is to clean the entire room.
Excellent
Employees are incredibly slow, rude and entitled. They act like it’s a big deal to ask for more towels. No one there really wants to do their job. Horrible service.
Clean, staff were very nice
No complaints
