Cons:

Toilet was very sketchy. The water pressure was low. Also you are noted for your cookies. I asked twice for cookies and both times, they didn't have any. I asked them when they would have them and they said 9am and they didn't. This was a reason why I prefer Double Trees and this is the second time at a Double Tree they didn't provide cookies when asked.

service was awful. Manager was rude, out of cookies for both nights, I prepaid on booking.com, then they charged me a second time when I checked in. No apologies for any part of our stay, smelly shoes left in the room, shower gel was empty never filled. Our pillows smelled like dirty feet. When we went to the pool, no towels were stocked. Disappointed because the hotel had decent reviews. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Tolerable for a short overnight stay, but would not want to stay here longer.
Pros:

Staff at the front desk were friendly and quick. Check in and out process was fast. Free parking.

Cons:

Strong smell of marijuana on the floor and inside of our room. Parts or room and bathroom were not fully clean. Nail sticking up from floor by bathroom entrance.

Cons:

Room was too small, too pricey. Pool was dirty (scummy) and dirty bandaid on concrete. We got stuck in an elevator the manager said he’d comp us $100 (he didn’t). Overall bad experience. Staff were always too busy to help if you needed anything.

Truly not what I expected, the whole place was filthy. I dont usually do reviews but this was disappointing. Mirrors werent clean, comforter was filthy, the floors left your feet black and the hall our room was in didn't get vacuumed once the whole time we were there. Pool deck was dirty, hot tub was broken, no pool towels. There was a huge drunken unruly party happening in one of the rooms by the pool. Elevators were down. I could go on and on. Also not nearly as close to the mall as I thought but that one is my bad. I should have looked into that more. Overall it felt like a dirty motel not a hilton.
