Pros:

Very well built and attached to a mall. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Only issue was related something between the hotel and booking.com. They only issued 2 breakfast vouchers per room despite more people included in the booking. It was resolved by the hotel staff but this should be advised prior to booking or explained.

Sheraton is a money-making place rather than a welcoming place.
Pros:

the better part was the pool and spa/hot tub which were clean, large, and helpful after a day of travel . And the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were no amenities -- no water, no hot water for tea, PARKING WAS ANOTHER $20. It felt like they were busy charging for things, and had nothing really to offer. It is on the bottom of my list of good places to stay.

I’m sure this was a nice place.
Pros:

It was close to the event I came to town for. The mall was nice. Seemed clean but a little run down.

Cons:

It should be clearer that parking is paid. It’s not clear on the booking.com website. Why is there paid parking anywhere outside of downtown Indianapolis?!

However it is very clear that breakfast is included. But that was not honored.

Stained sheets. Cracked sink.

Had I known this was going to happen, I would have gone somewhere else.

Breakfast was great. Service was excellent. It's a little more expensive than going to a breakfast diner.

Cons:

Didn't love the parking setup. Reception desk staff all seemed wishing they were somewhere else.
