the pool was supposed to be heated .. it was not heated and was freezing cold. the pool is why we picked the hotel.. awful
Did a short overnight 15 minutes from home to get away for Valentine’s Day. It was perfect for what we were looking to do with restaurants close by and then on-site bar.
Everything was wonderful until we went to bed, our adjoining room had at least 10 people in it having a party we called security four times the last time at 3:10 AM that came up twice. My decibel meter on my phone was approaching 70 dB at 3 AM. The last time security left, we could hear through the wall that they were gonna come over and kill us because they knew we called in on them and they had the right to party all night if they wanted to because they paid for the room. It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I paid extra for the high room and thought we would have a great relaxing time. And I was correct until we went to bed and we’re woken up several times. At checkout, I let the staff listen to multiple recordings that I made from my bed and was offered compensation on top of my Bonvoy account. That compensation was never sent there was not even an apology and I left at 10:45 and went home and took a nap. Needless to say this will probably cause me to rethink staying at a hotel overnight for a special occasion locally.

This has always been one of my favorite places to stay, but this visit was completely different. The attitude and atmosphere were rude and dismissive. I was literally forced to carry my belongings down one by one with my daughter because staff refused to locate a trolley for us.
As a regular guest who has spent thousands here, the lack of empathy, communication, and basic courtesy was shocking. Blake, in particular, treated me as if I was doing something wrong. His tone was disrespectful, and he acted as though I hadn’t paid, despite the fact that I always pay in advance.
This stay was chaotic and unprofessional, and I have no idea what changed at this property. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I refuse to spend another dime where I’m disrespected and made to feel unwelcome. Plus the bed sheets were filthy this go round as well

The bartender at the hotel wasn't very friendly. It felt like they didn't want to be there and that you were bothering them.
The front desk clerks were amazing.. The dining service for breakfast was wonderful, as was the food that I was served. I can go on and on. i will highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality.

The location.
The cleanliness in the bar and restaurant area was gross. The staff at the front desk seemed irritated and overall rude. The fact we had to pay $20 a day for parking. The food was meh. I had stayed one other time and it was a better experience. This time unfortunately was not. I will not be going back.

Staff said breakfast was not included in the reservation even though it clearly said so. Hotel staff gave only 2 breakfast vouchers as an "apology" for 3 adults and 2 children. So not enough for everyone to have breakfast. So didn't even use it.
Poor service for the price. Will never stay there again.

We made the reservation on line and it was a spur of the moment decision on our anniversary. My husband is really into customer service and felt those at the front desk could have been friendlier when greeting and accommodating Guest. Outside of that I felt the service and facility was very nice. Our room was a great value for the price and we were comfortable in our space. I would recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.I must mention the ability to walk to stores and restaurants that are near the hotel. We thought that there was a free Continental breakfast included with our stay. They have a place within the hotel that you can order coffee and meals while you are there. We ended up going to a restaurant nearby.
We thought there was a free Continental breakfast with our stay. There also is not an late checkout option. I inquired about it because we got in late the night before.
