The pool was very small for the location. Didn’t look like it belonged there. Looked cheap and run down.

Perfect for a Convention
Pros:

We took 100 people to a convention in March 2026 and stayed at the Hilton. It was a wonderful experience! They were great to work with in planning and preparing, as well as the days of the event. Excellent service all the way around, I would highly recommend!

Delightful, Relaxing Stay at the Hilton
Pros:

When you walk into the Hilton Lexington Downtown, you are greeted by a lovely staff at the front desk. Leandrea was the young lady who welcomed me to the Hilton and wanted to make my stay perfect. One morning, I left my favorite Yeti Mug, earned from Lemongrass Spa, at the elevator on the 17th floor. I called and asked for Lea. She immediately went to the 17th floor and retrieved my mug. I walked back over to the Hotel to see her smiling face, with my favorite mug. Thank you Leandrea. Jacob helped me with my reservation, prior to coming and Jenna is always the best at making my stay the way I love it. Thank you Hilton Staff. During this stay, Lauren, at the bar, ( I hope I have her name correct), was a delight and makes an amazing margarita. Thank you Lauren. I look forward to seeing each of you for my next visit. A shout out to Stephanie, Luna, Katrina, Clif as well.

Comfy, quiet, nice sleep. Would stay and sleep here more if a little more affordable.
Pros:

Bed was comfy and I like the later check out time at 12.

Cons:

However, the vending machines could have been filled and a snack machine would have been nice. Also I was charged $15 to my room bill for parking but I also paid $25 for parking in the garage to get out.

Good enough. But less than normal Hilton experiences.
Pros:

Hotel is large with easy parking ($15/day). Nice bar on the first floor. Hotel itself is “mostly” what you would expect from a Hilton. I was a bit disappointed to find food in the mini fridge from prior guests and no mattress encasement (thought this was standard for Hilton.) Aside from those few caveats, the hotel was clean and had what I needed for a safe and comfortable night. Just seemed a little subpar for a Hilton. Not bad. Just not as good as I normally get from Hilton. Most Hiltons I stay at are usually five out of five. I’ll give this one a solid four out of five. It definitely gets the job done. Just seemed a little less than normal Hilton experiences in the past.

Cons:

Room wasn't so hot felt like a sauna woke up several times throughout the night. Staff acted bothered with check-in and at the bar.
