All around a definite try again and have fun again venture
Pros:

We loved the staff they were exceptionally helpful and extremely kind and got our problems resolved pretty quickly

Cons:

Again, the reason why we needed the staff to resolve any problems they had accidentally double charged our card instead of charging the incidentals on the card, but again got it resolved pretty quickly and they had accidentally mixed up my car with someone else else’s whenever I valet my car

Pros:

The room and facilities were furnished well

Cons:

The air con is motion sensing so it turns off in the night not ideal for Texas heat, they also tried to charge me twice for the destination fee, I paid it on my booking and they tried charging me afterwards too,

It was beautiful in the lobby but not worth what I paid for the room.

Cons:

The room was basic, I paid extra for a balcony and there was no chairs so I couldn’t even sit out there. It was very loud also.

Loud, too much partying going on in the hotel rooms in my floor, over crowded in the bar with a lot of people that don’t stay there. Didn’t get any sleep
