Outstanding Customer Service
Pros:

The hotel was nice as expected, and a great location which I wanted, but what really set it over the top was the customer service! I was confused on my reservation and when I called with questions, Rhonda was so helpful! She took time to understand exactly what I was asking, then made sure the answer I got on the phone was what I got when I arrived. Huge thank you to her!

Great location, comfortable beds, good bar/restsurant

Cons:

The wake-up calls didn’t work.
The duvets are not warm enough (fine with an extra blanket).
The neighboring room had a TV come on late at night which kept us up all night.

The property was nice .

Cons:

The shower leaked water to the side of the toilet . Also , when you used the bathroom sink , water would leak from both faucets . I had to put a hand towel around each one . The sink was completely soaked anytime we used it .
