Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, está a 3’ del Waterfront.

Cons:

Muy ruidoso. Está mal insonorizado tanto al exterior como al interior. Hay un continuo ir y venir de coches, debido a que tiene un parking delante. A partir de las 8:30 imposible dormir, sino taladran, están tratando de limpiar las habitaciones y golpean las puertas. En la recepción preguntas por un taxi al aeropuerto y te dicen 350 R y cuando lo vas a reservar, media hora después, otra persona te dicen 500 R. Conclusión Uber. Impresentable

Lovely hotel & staff with excellent location for V&A & city
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great to get to V&A - there were sets of stairs to shortcut to the waterfront. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfasts were lovely. The room was a good size. Beds comfortable. All good

Pros:

Excellent located a short walk to the V&A waterfront in Cape Town.
Reception very accommodating and safety is priority.
Room were adequate. Clean and well serviced.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and well cooked.

After cruise stay
Pros:

We stayed for a night before heading off to a safari. Really great for those getting off a cruise ship as close to the V&A and cruise terminal that passengers are familiar with. Friendly helpful staff and rooms with international plugs, usb outlets and consumables eg shampoo, tea, coffee etc

Staff excellent food delicious a little noisy at night as the building is aging
