Pros:

very nice hotel. very simple breakfast and not good quality so we almost never use it. outside of the hotel is the buss station to NY. very easy to go and come back. big rooms and comfortable and quite. thank you

If I wasn’t staying there for proximity to the expo center this would have sucked.
Pros:

Convenient location to the Expo Center. Pretty quiet considering it was probably packed.

Cons:

One button for three elevators.
The Do Not Disturb sign never stayed on the door.
No bar or restaurant whatsoever. Bar was sporadically open and not according to their hours posted.
Pool was DISGUSTING. Tried to go on Sunday after a weekend of people using it and it looked like a dirty pond. Didn’t even bother.
Gift shop could definitely use an upgrade.
Parking. Oh My GOD. To expect people to find your under construction garage at night with zero signs I mean really?!

Lovely stay for the most part
Pros:

Terrific, really good breakfast, all sorts of hot and cold breakfast food and drink to choose from, all you can eat. The maintenance of the hotel is excellent, it is clean throughout and ALL of the elevators were working perfectly which is very rare in a dated hotel such as Harmony.

Cons:

I was awakened several times in the night hearing repetitious loud noises above our room.

Nice short stay in a nice little hotel
Pros:

The way it looks inside is cool and has a kinda retro vibe, it’s near a lot of food places and restaurants so there’s lots to eat.

Cons:

This is totally not their fault but there was construction work being done in the area parking garage and it was annoying/confusing. Pool was a lil small but the area was clean. Wish they had a hot tub lol
