Pros:

I loved the location in relation to Manhattan. The included breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

That they are still advertising a pool while it is down. The breakfast routine; if they let you in the space to eat, they shouldn't pull options until the breakfast space is officially closed.

bad welcoming nice stay!!
Pros:

breakfast was nice, but the oatmeal was cold. had a variety of items

Cons:

upon checkin the young lady that was at the counter was nonchalant, and abrasive responses, ti any question I had or information she had for me. that set the stage for a bad stay. the rest of the staff I had contact with was courteous, and welcoming. they have the wrong person in processing guest.

Excellent location to get to NYC and close to public transportation.
Shops and restaurants were easily accessible.
We will be back for a future stay.

Pros:

I like that there was a variety of options to choose from. The ladies setting up the place were amazing and welcoming.

Cons:

I mean, for the cost of the suite we got, we must be able to have access to the breakfast! I'd like to have breakfast in my room! Sometimes, we want to eat in peace, not around a crowd... the lady (I guess she is the manager) at the breakfast was really rude when my sisters and I were trying to go up. Also, the coffee creamer was not out. And there was no variety of creamers. There were no fresh fruits.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking i śniadanie w cenie, obsługa sympatyczna, pokoje ładne i dobrze wyposażone.

Cons:

Jedyny minus tak naprawdę brak Android TV. Po całym dniu zwiedzania do wieczornego relaksu przed snem zostaje amerykańska kablówka.

The decor felt a little dark and outdated. The visible signs that were posted about not bringing food to the room because of the CONSTANT complaints of pests was a little unnerving.
