The overall experience was disappointing. The food quality was not up to standard—specifically, the oatmeal soup appeared outdated, and the French fries tasted stale, as if they had been prepared days earlier and simply reheated.
In terms of room amenities, the provisions were insufficient. As a family of four, we were provided with only one small tube of shampoo, which is clearly inadequate.
It seems that due to high occupancy, possibly related to the FIFA World Cup, the hotel was unable to maintain the expected level of service and quality for its guests. Unfortunately, this resulted in a noticeable decline in both hospitality and overall experience.
