rooms were clean
Most of outlets in the room not working. I was at the lobby for breakfast at 8:30am and no more eggs.
I really like this location for when i visit Fresno
The shower fixture was loose, and breakfast service gets uncomfortably hot when crowded
The staff was friendly and helpful
The room was poor. Stains on bedding, carpet felt dirty, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, visible sweat lines on bathroom walls, mini fridge was dirty, beds were smaller, dust clumps on ceiling, lamps were the only lighting and made the TV glitch when you turned them on or off, no screen on the windows, a non working thermostat in room
It was near to our venue location for our event. Our room smells fresh, clean and bed is comfortable.
Rooms are not soundproof, we can hear all the noise from different directions, rooms are not so much secured when you open the door parking lot right away, I didn’t expect that.
My shower was a little small. And toiletwas. Running most of the night

One of the lamps didn't work. The TV volume did not adjust. It was the TV and not the remote. The room photos on website do not match the actual room I stayed in..
The bedroom was clean, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean
The wifi was not very strong There were gates all around the property which made us feel as if we were in an "unsafe" area. ALSO, and the worst part was that there was a GIANT roach in the cup of coffee we got from the decaf "urn". Needless to say that was a HUGE turn-off. AND part of what anyone can control was that the nearby clientele were loud and vulgar.
