Absolutely nothing
We arrived at 7pm after a 10 hour drive, exhausted. The room didn't have hot water at all so couldn't take a shower. The TV didn't work. The reception never answered the phone so we had to go multiple times to report the faults. Nothing was done by 10pm so we went to sleep unwashed.
We will have to seek a refund. This is totally unacceptable

Hicimos noche de camino a San Francisco y la verdad es que es un alojamiento que desde el primer momento da sensación de abandono. Empezando por el check in que lo realizas a través de una máquina, solo la recepción parece cuidada, el resto de las instalaciones están descuidadas, zonas comunes sucias, en la habitación el baño es muy viejo, la luz fundida, etc.
Seguro habrá mejores opciones en una ciudad grande como Fresno.

That the tvs volume wouldn’t work
It had breakfast with waffles. Parking was free. It was very close to a grocery store. The microwave and fridge both worked.
The door to my room did not close completely and had clearly been broken before and poorly repaired. The tub didn’t drain much at all. The water tasted bad. The only working ice machine was located on the complete other side of the hotel. The apple juice and orange juice machines didn’t work at breakfast.
Staff was great very Respectfull. Food was delicious. Coffee all day.
