A tent would of been better
Pros:

The night front desk woman was rude and not helpful. The heat, T.V. and phone did not work. It was cold around 40degrees and cold all night. I reported the issues and nothing was done to fix the situation.

This location was very dirty. Smelled like urine in the stairs. Homeless was walking around the roims. The bathroom was stained and look very dirty/ i walked in with my 11 year old and walked out. I didnt feel safe to stay.

Television never works correctly it was the second time we had to move rooms.
And breakfast always serves the same items and employees from the food service are rude and very seldom replace items finished when they are out.
