Outstanding hotel in Lincoln, NE
Pros:

The young man who checked us in was phenomenal. He was thoughtful, kind, and a great listener!
Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable, large windows in the room made it sunny and pleasant after we opened the drapes, and the breakfast choices were excellent. We found the room to be larger than expected, clean, and nicely decorated.

Cons:

No negative criticisms.

We were only there for a short time but it served it's purpose with friendly service
Pros:

The staff at the reception desk was extremely friendly. My husband and I both commented about how it was nice to be greeted by friendly faces when checking in to a hotel.

tv was not working tried to switch rooms but that tv was bad also could not watch the football game i wanted to watch. didn't fix the problem that the maintenance person new about.
