宿泊するまで不安でした。しかし無事宿泊できました。
Pros:

新大久保駅から近く、便利でした。他のホテルと比べて安かったです。

Cons:

ホテルのマチコミで、閉鎖されているなどがあり、不安となり2日前にホテルに何度も電話しました。ところがつながらず、ブッキングコムに連絡しました。ブッキングコムさんから、営業してますの連絡がありましたが、大丈夫かどうか不安でした。
無事宿泊はできました。
施設としては、壁が薄く、隣の宿泊者のいびきが聞こえてきた。

Cons:

22時過ぎにホテルに到着したらフロント？が空いておらず、電話しても誰も出ず、見落としていたメールに、営業自体を停止しているとメールが来ていたことに気が付いた。だったら最初から予約ができる状態にはしておくべきではないと思う。

Overall I think this is a fine budget-friendly hotel, however if it’s within your budget to spend a bit more i would rec
Pros:

Very good location, close to 2 main train stations as well as plenty of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

There were some wifi issues throughout our stay, not sure if this is a common problem or if we were just unlucky. There was also a small bug problem, we found multiple little moths and roach/beetle type things, harmless but not what you what to find.

Pros:

Less than 10 mins walk to two train stations. 25 mins walk to Shinjuku it you decide not to take the train. Close to convenience stores n restaurants.

Cons:

Tiny room.
