Tiene una buena colectividad con estación del metro y el lugar se encuentra limpio en su llegada.

Cons:

Nos quedamos 4 noches y a pesar de dejar por dos días continuos el cartel para limpieza, cuando llegamos al dormitorio después de estar todo el día afuera la habitación continuaba sin limpieza

営業していない可能性あり。避けるべき。

ホテルが営業しているのか不明。部屋に2つあるベッドは前回の宿泊者の利用後のまま放置だったし、ゴミも残されていた。ドアベルは故障していて鳴らず、従業員は日本語の理解が上手くできず英語も話せない韓国の若い方しかいなかった。不安になったので本部の連絡先を聞いても答えてくれないし、ホテルの予約情報に載っている電話は絶対に繋がらないからメールしろと言われた。

お値段を重視、寝れたらいい方には満足。サービスや部屋の設備を考えたらホテルというよりアパートの一室を貸りる意識がちょうどいいです。スタッフ対応はよかったです。

宿泊するまで不安でした。しかし無事宿泊できました。
Pros:

新大久保駅から近く、便利でした。他のホテルと比べて安かったです。

Cons:

ホテルのマチコミで、閉鎖されているなどがあり、不安となり2日前にホテルに何度も電話しました。ところがつながらず、ブッキングコムに連絡しました。ブッキングコムさんから、営業してますの連絡がありましたが、大丈夫かどうか不安でした。
無事宿泊はできました。
施設としては、壁が薄く、隣の宿泊者のいびきが聞こえてきた。

Cons:

22時過ぎにホテルに到着したらフロント？が空いておらず、電話しても誰も出ず、見落としていたメールに、営業自体を停止しているとメールが来ていたことに気が付いた。だったら最初から予約ができる状態にはしておくべきではないと思う。
