Overall I think this is a fine budget-friendly hotel, however if it’s within your budget to spend a bit more i would rec
Pros:

Very good location, close to 2 main train stations as well as plenty of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

There were some wifi issues throughout our stay, not sure if this is a common problem or if we were just unlucky. There was also a small bug problem, we found multiple little moths and roach/beetle type things, harmless but not what you what to find.

Pros:

Less than 10 mins walk to two train stations. 25 mins walk to Shinjuku it you decide not to take the train. Close to convenience stores n restaurants.

Cons:

Tiny room.

Pros:

L'emplacement, Le prix. La rapidité lors de notre arrivée. Le personnel qui réponds à nos attentes. Les chambres étaient tres bien pour le prix.

Cons:

Rien de spécial, l'emplacement au top. Je dirai le manque de place mais par rapport au prix c'est correcte

Pros:

Mini appartamento nel quartiere di Shinjuku vicino a 2 fermate della metro (Ookubo e shin Ookubo), centro di Shinjuku raggiungibile in 10 Min a piedi, la zona è tranquilla ma comunque vicina alla strada principale.
Check in fatto appena arrivati e poi nessuno altro disturbo.

Cons:

Un po' piccolo (ma per dormire e lavarsi basta e avanza)

Hotel tranquillo e in ottima posizione
Pros:

La stanza era più spaziosa di quello che ci aspettavamo. La struttura è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e a circa 15 minuti dalla stazione centrale di Shinjuku. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza con molti locali, ristoranti e i locali notturni di Shinjuku e Kabukicho. Wifi funzionante e stanza dotata anche di angolo cottura.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza e il cambio degli asciugamani avviene praticamente soltanto su richiesta
