If you are looking for cheap looking environment stay there but for a nice 5 star dont go there

The hotel was a dissapointment. It was labelled 5 star. It is a 2 star hotel. The floor is cold bricks and towels terrible and old.nothing 5 star. Complete and utter waste of money

nice room nice view and good location

Cons:

foood was not nice at all , management in restaurant very rude and arrogant, receptionists are very only the girls were lovely in the reception , housekeeping are the worst very rude constantly shouting when you ask them a question no skills no communication skills at all iv been a team leader for 8 yrs this is by far worst staff and management i have seen don’t clean room properly they use a towel to clean the floor with just plain water shower was blocked receptionist don’t care no matter how much you complain to them

Hôtel-Club (FRAM et TUI) confortable. Nous y étions à titre individuel (sans forfait voyage)
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et plutôt calme malgré vue sur un boulevard. Piscine petite mais pas utilisée (trop froid en janvier). Petits-déjeuners décevants par le manque de qualité des viennoiseries et la qualité globale des produits.

Cons:

Hôtel-club TUI et Fram aux petits-déjeuners moyens.
