TUI SUNEO Kenzi Europa

We stayed for 10 days as a family of 6 in rooms 1302 and 1307.
The rooms were a good size and cleaned everyday to a high standard. Our cleaner ( I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was lovely and did a great job cleaning the mess of 3 young children. She also made beautiful displays with their toys, bedding and pyjamas.
The staff are wonderful and very friendly. A special shout out for Anwar and Yassine from the animation team who were great fun and a credit to the hotel.
The hotel was very busy and the pool area was small for the amount of people but we always managed to get a sun bed and there was a large grass area with plenty of sun beds. The beach was a cross the road and then a five minute walk which had lots of free sun beds.
Food was always available and the staff worked very hard to keep it fresh and replenished. The chocolate crepes at 4pm in the snack bar were a massive hit with the kids.
All in all we had a lovely holiday and it was good value for the price we paid.

Best location great atmosphere beautiful clean rooms great value for money I would go back tomorrow if I could. Iv been staying at the same hotel 4 times and is looking to book again.

it was a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and everything was well organized. A special mention to HASSAN at reception very professional and helpful throughout my stay!
The only downside was the loud music by the pool, which could be a bit disturbing at times if you're looking for a more relaxing atmosphere.
Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Great service, great location, and a comfortable stay overall!

Had a wonderful stay at the Kenzi Europa! Everybody so friendly and helpful. Animation team great, and lots of fun. Plenty to join in with if you want to. Not a massive selection of food, but it was always hot and fresh. Room and hotel in general very clean.

I recently stayed at the Kenzi Europa Hotel in Agadir and had a fantastic experience overall. The food and drink were excellent, with a great variety available every day and something to suit all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was fresh and enjoyable.

What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention has to go to Crazy Laila, and hamza who was an absolute highlight of the trip. Full of energy and fun, she kept everyone entertained and really added something unique to the atmosphere.

All in all, a great place to stay with good food, great drinks, and an amazing team that makes you feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.

I had such a wonderful stay at TUI Suneo Kenzi Europa! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome — they are truly one of the highlights of this hotel. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

The pool area was fantastic, with a great atmosphere every day. The entertainment team really made the experience special, especially Laila, who brought so much energy and fun to the activities. Her enthusiasm was contagious and made each day by the pool even more enjoyable!

The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and tasty options to suit everyone. Drinks were always available and refreshing, which made relaxing even easier.

Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing holiday with great service and entertainment. I would happily come back again!

We were on a 7-night all-inclusive holiday, and encountered numerous issues, including: no food available on arrival, 3.30 pm, in the afternoon, the snack bar ran out of food. We had to go out for a meal, as dinner service starts at 7 pm. Faulty door lock- this was flagged to Reception, and they promised that someone would come and look at it. It didn't happen, and even the cleaning lady asked for our attention to ensure we double-check the door before leaving, as all of our possessions were in the room. Noisy rooms, with loud music until early morning. No air-conditioning, with room temperature reaching 28.4°C, they are still in heating mode. Mould in the room (2666). The lift malfunctioned twice and dropped suddenly (a serious safety hazard). When this was flagged at the reception, there was no interest whatsoever in looking into it. No first aid box or medical support available, not even help with a phone number or address of a hospital. Very poor service, in fact, no service at all. Unfriendly reception staff. In general, the reception staff was ignorant, and Faisal was especially ignorant of us. Additional charges for basic amenities (towel deposit (10 EUR, sauna fee 7 EUR). It is advertised as a 4* hotel, merely a 3*.
If you want to enjoy your holiday, please choose carefully and avoid this establishment.

Great hotel, had such a fun time and the entertainment team made it especially yasem, ben, anwar and hamza were so good to us and looked after us. Definitely recommend agadir and this hotel

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, lovey choice of food for all meals. Entertainment team go above and beyond to keep everyone happy and busy throughout the day! Got to mention Laila especially as made the children really welcome! Fab place 😊

Just back from a wonderful 11 nights at this hotel. Had a great time which was enhanced by a wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious with daily maid attendance and we had a view across the pool area with the beach visible to one side.
Food was more than acceptable with the hotel trying to cater for mainly European guests with the ubiquitous pizza, pasta and chips etc. whilst offering Moroccan tagines , couscous and vegetable dishes. Can’t really comment on the drinks as I am tea total but my wife tried a few cocktails which were fine.
Now a few minor points that need looking at:-
1. The entertainment team try so hard to present a range of activities at night with limited staff, resources and support. The showtime night was spoilt by poor lighting and blank, quiet gaps between dances leaving the audience wondering what was happening. The Moroccan mock wedding was the best offering by far.
2. The world bar is just too small and we queued every time we wanted a drink. There needs to be a better bigger bar and the outside bar needs to stay open. Perhaps more tables and chairs around the main foyer area would help.
3. Please make coffer and tea available at all meal sittings.

That’s the slight moan over but don’t let that put you off overall this was a great value for money holiday and a nice general atmosphere amongst the guests. The above would in no way stop me from visiting again.
The staff made all the difference to our stay, always willing to help and eager to please. I just want to give a shout out to the “pool guys” Ahmed, Jameel and Nasser (Mr Arteta) who spent every morning cleaning and preparing the pool for everyone. Shokran (thank you) guys for doing a great job.
If you are looking for a great value for money stay in Agadir, please consider the Tui Suneo Kensington Europa , you won’t be disappointed.

Not for us, maybe more discerning tastes now we’re older. The wine was dreadful & food very bland, although I did enjoy the salads. My husband & I both had upset stomachs while there. Agadir looks ok from photos but it’s scruffy and beyond there are many slum areas.
The hotel was fine, clean & staff were lovely.
There are a lot of stray dogs, especially on the beach and cats around the hotel restaurant, which wasn’t acceptable.
It was a cheap holiday, but definitely would not return.

The hotel is so clean and all staff work hard. The room was cleaned daily to high standard. We had the bests nights sleep bed was comfy and pillows great when you slept on just one pillow as the pillows are huge.

Food exceptional and so much choice.
Breakfast - omelette a must delicious and the Moroccan pancakes great. Try the Moroccan tea it’s lovely I had it without sugar.
Lunch- great selection love the salad bar. BBQ outside but one minor problem when queued for 10 minutes with one person infront of us who got served to then be told the BBQ had finished? This happened to a few people on lamb chop day so perhaps just inform people waiting they will not get served.
Dinner - fabulous meat fish pasta veg salad taginnes so much selection all cooked to perfection.
The restaurant staff looked so happy and really polite.
Rooms - spacious the shower cubicle is massive! Great hot shower nice touch providing the shower gel and wash. Bed comfortable. Wardrobe space big

Sun beds found one with ease preferred the grassy area.
Clean public areas
Entertainment was nightly and the entertainment staff were energetic and passionate in their work.
Bar are was good a little small but there was outside seating. Drinks were nice loved the mojito
Only a few people seemed to abuse the all inclusive which did spoil it for others but you always seem to find this and it is hard to stop people drinking. The staff handled the situations really well.
The beach is just across the road through the souk. Lovely 9km of beautiful sand. Area just for the hotel which was nice.
This hotel is so lovely and can highly recommend. I don’t often visit a hotel more than once but this will be an exception as I can’t wait to rebook to go again.

We had a lovely week, the hotel is small but there are lots of sun beds and the beach is only across the road, the beach is roped off so sellers are not allowed to bother you. The little train can be caught outside hotel to right and it’s worth catching for a 45 minute trip around, marina is to right of hotel again, short walk and worth a visit, the place feels safe with a lot of police presence. Food and entertainment are good (especially Ben!) rooms are kept exceptionally clean, we found the bed and pillows hard but it wouldn’t stop us going again. We had a great week.
