Let’s start with the positives good location five minute walk from the beach
Lots shops and restaurants in the area to go too. Good atmosphere entertainment staff do a good job with activities throughout the day. Room arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the day ready to get to bed and the room had not been cleaned dirty glasses in the bathroom rubbish still sitting bed looks like someone had been laying on the bed, also didn’t get any complimentary water or drinks. It is noisy as if you have a sea view room the street is very noisy throughout the night. The entertainment at night is a bit noisy but usually finishes around midnight.Food at Meal time mostly the same each night with a different rotation of meats, the pudding is also on a rotation the ice cream is very limited as there is only three flavours available and only seem to be one tub of each flavour.meal time seems unorganised as you just walk in and sit down so if the majority do the same they run out of tables and plates
Currently here on my last day today and don’t want to leave. Me and my daughter have had the best time, we have enjoyed our week at this hotel.
The has lots going on and that just how we like it. The staff are amazing, pleasant and will do all they can to help! The entertainment team are brilliant and make an effort to speak to everyone.
Towels are available for 100dirhams deposit and you can change them when needed (I was unsure about this before I came so thought I would add to help others who are visiting)
It’s a 5min walk from the beach and 20mins walk to the marina. There’s lots going on outside the hotel which we enjoyed.
There so many excursions to do (go on get your guide to get the best price) you will have plenty to do.
If you’ve never visited Morocco then you need to the people here are amazing here so kind and lovely. I will definitely be coming back to Morocco.
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay one to remember ☺️
We had a great holiday in Agadir. The hotel was brilliant. All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they were helpful and chatty and always had a smile on their faces. The food and drinks were good, plenty of choice and the snack bar options were great too, hotdogs, burgers, wraps, fries etc.
We usually go AI but eat out a lot and spend a lot of time out of the hotel in the evenings, however the entertainment, both during the day around the pool and in the evenings was so good, we spent more time in the hotel. The animation team are the best I’ve encountered. They included all ages and abilities in the games, spent time chatting and getting to know people and really made the holiday special for us.
Gita, Mouss, Anwar, Ikram, Ben, Yass and Yoyo, thank you so much for the memories you’ve helped our family make. You work so hard and are a credit to the hotel.
I would recommend the Kenzi to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to return, already looking for next year!
My time here at Tui suneo was absolutely amazing, rooms are spotless and well maintained. Pools are always kept clean. The animation team here are fabulous so kind and positive energy, I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone here at Tui suneo and me and my family had a wonderful time here, a special thank you to Yass, yo yo, anwar, Ben and mouss you are a all a credit to suneo kenzi Europa. The animation team make the pool days so much better, the aqua gym was brilliant all thanks to Yass 🫶🏻
We’ve just had a fantastic stay at the TUI SUNEO Kenzi Europa and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Agadir.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always happy to help. The hotel was kept very clean, our room was comfortable and serviced daily, and the location is ideal with the beach, promenade and local shops all within easy walking distance. There was a good variety of food each day, so there was always something different to try.
The highlight of our holiday was without a doubt the entertainment team, especially Yass. He was incredible throughout our stay and brought so much fun and energy to every activity and evening event. He always had a smile on his face, made the effort to chat with everyone, and created such a friendly atmosphere. His enthusiasm and dedication really made our holiday extra special, and he’s a huge asset to the hotel.
The pool area was lovely, there was always something going on during the day, and the evening entertainment was great fun. We made some wonderful memories and left wishing we could have stayed longer.
A big thank you to everyone at TUI SUNEO Kenzi Europa, and a special thank you to Yass for making our holiday one to remember. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!
We’ve just returned from an amazing holiday at the TUI SUNEO Kenzi Europa in Agadir, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was varied with plenty of choice, and there was always something to enjoy. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone had a great holiday.
A special mention has to go to Yass from the entertainment team. He was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His energy, enthusiasm and friendliness were second to none, and he made every activity and evening show so much fun. He always took the time to speak to everyone, got people involved without being pushy, and genuinely made our holiday unforgettable. He is a real credit to the hotel and TUI, he is also the best aquazumba coach I’ve ever had.
The entertainment throughout the day and evening was excellent, the pool area was well looked after, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic.
We had such a brilliant time that we would happily return in the future. Thank you to everyone at TUI SUNEO Kenzi Europa for making our holiday so memorable, and an extra thank you to Yass for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Really nice and fun hotel with good entertainment, the location is great there’s lots to do in the area, rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are all really interactive and so friendly :) Would definitely recommend and would come again
Stayed July 2025.
The good
The animation team were brilliant. Our current holiday has made me realise how they went above and beyond for the guests. Especially Moose who played table tennis with my husband Adam a lot. (Sorry moose we promised to leave a review and forgot!). Adam was called up for the evening entertainment twice which made our 8 year old laugh.
The food was varied and always something for everyone. Make sure to try the Moroccan pancakes in the morning.
Cocktails were drinkable
This was our 4th time to Agadir (3rd to the kenzi). We love the souk and haggling for bargains. We also did the cable car up to the top of the sign which was really cool.
Hubby and daughter rode a camel.
There is a huge carrafour supermarket a 20md ride away. Which has everything you could possibly need. Including a pharmacy.
The beach front is amazing. We walked along it many evenings and shopped or had henna done. There was also a festival happening whilst we were there which was cool.
We visited the crocodile park this time and it was brilliant. It was an organised trip through our rep. And although the communication was poor as to pick up times we throughly enjoyed the park. You can zip line over crocodiles. We had a guided tour which was informative.
The bad
When we originally booked a kids club was advertised by TUI. This was no longer running. Luckily our daughter found the tortoises and spent a lot of time with them or in the pool. The slides helped a lot.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great but the room was spacious and ok - usual hard bed. There was adequate storage and no charge for the in room safe.
Sunbeds! We had to set alarms for 6.30am to ensure we got 3 sunbeds together. Which was ridiculous when on holiday.
TUI rep - laughable and useless! We complained re the kids club and he made promises of refunds then left and a new rep accused us of lying. The app is also useless - as they close complaints without dealing with them.
The front desk staff could learn compassion - my daughter was upset that the French kids club (yep a club just for French kids) painted the tortoises but the front desk did nothing. It was moose who dealt with it.
We also witnessed the hotel manager shouting at staff often which wasn’t pleasant.
The reason I’m leaving a review now is I realise that the personal touches from the whole animation team helped make the holiday what it was. We are on a different holiday at present and the animation team although bigger are not as engaging nor do they make any effort. Moose and his team are what make the hotel.
Lovely spacious rooms, cleaned every day by lovely cleaning staff. Reception staff very nice and friendly, entertainment team brilliant especially Ben and yazz. 2 minute walk to the beach shops and restaurants. Pool gets a bit packed but plenty of sunbeds around the grounds. Food a little repetitive but we didn’t go hungry. All in all a good holiday only downside was the misty weather 😟
Really good holiday
Lovely entertainment team Anwar and Yoyo with the games everyday and dances…. and loved playing tennis and tabletannis everyday!!
Location is excellent as you have beach two mins away and local restaurants, ice cream shops and markets to buy souvenirs. This area of Agadir is very touristy and busy and felt very safe going to the shops at night. Rooms are huge, we went as a family of 5 and they gave us two inter-connected rooms and it is also very clean and the housekeeping is great too. Noise was too much all night long, our balcony faces towards the main road and we could her every horn etc all night. Service was excellent, the staff at meal times are very attentive and respectful. The animation team work very hard to keep people entertained. Overall we are very pleased with this hotel from cleanliness to the service, it was amazing but the noise was pretty bad from the interconnected rooms. Food was good but got repetitive over the 7 nights we stayed. Big selection of salads. They charged us 50 pounds because the check out time was 12pm but our flight wasnt until 9pm. We only found out when we were checking in. There were an awful lot of bees and flies around the snack bar area, one fell in my childs drink, they also come into the restaurants near the door where some tables are. Snack bar has the same food every single day would be good if they changed it up a little bit.
Location was great, a short stroll to the beach front with restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance.
We’re not fussy eaters but we really struggled with the food here and don’t feel like we got our all inclusive worth, we had to top-up with food from elsewhere on all days. They’re big fans of beef and turkey at this hotel. No bottled water available until after 10am, for breakfast you have water from the machine.
I wouldn’t call the hotel baby/toddler friendly, the splash pool is nice and our little boy enjoyed it but it was dirty with dead flies and lemon wedges. The only milk the hotel would provide for our toddler was from the coffee machine which made our toddler sick.
The room was nice but you could always hear music, whether that was from the hotel or elsewhere.
The staff, especially the entertainment staff, are polite and friendly but nothing exceptional. The cleaning lady in building 2 was fantastic though.
We would come back to Agadir but not to this hotel.
Absolutely brilliant experience start to finish. Entertainment staff are fantastic, Yo-yo and Anwar took such good care of us! Hotel location is fabulous, drinks and food were fab for the price we paid. Not a single complaint, will definitely be coming back!
This isn't a four star hotel - and I got heard that straight from the rep's lips. I complained that it didn't feel four star and he said "some four star hotels are four star, and some four star hotels are budget - this is budget" How can a hotel be described and sold as four star when it clearly isn't?
Bottled water is available from 10:00 from the snack bar, before then it is out of one of the drinks machines in the restaurant, however it tastes like it has been filtered through a football sock after 90 minutes play.
The snack bar has some self service elements; hot drinks and soft drinks and as a result these machines are customer facing and not staff facing they don't seem to get cleaned. This area was dirty and swarming with wasps.
Poolside is groundhog day with the same music played on a loop every day. If you are booking for a restful holiday, you're not getting it here - it is a noisy hotel.
The cleaners at the poolside toilets have their work cut out and they do constantly attend to them, however they were often found really unclean and the toilet rolls run out often.
Some buffet restaurants have a restaurant feel to them, this buffet restaurant has more of a canteen vibe. Food isn't that bad, but is repetitive and every meal is served with flies (so many flies!).
Staff work very hard, cleaning staff, animation team and waiting staff. Some of the reception staff were unhelpful and borderline arrogant.
It would have been helpful if Tui had mentioned that the hotel next door were doing renovations and hammering away all afternoon!!
You have to pay 100 MAD deposit for a pool towel and they are quite reluctant to change your towel more than once per day.
We were there a fortnight and the beds are made up daily but the bedding didn't get changed.
Snack bar has the exact same food on it every day. The wine, beer and cocktails were okay (not premium, but you can pay for premium, but the spirits were expensive, but they do have to pay higher tax in Morocco for alcohol).
Fridges in room aren't stocked, which we have had in previous four star hotels.
This isn't a terrible hotel - it is okay for a week in the sun, it just isn't four star.
I'm here now with my daughter. This place is delightful! Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, amazing food. All staff I've met are so kind and friendly. Round the pool is busy but lovely peaceful terraced gardens with plenty of beds. Bar service is brilliant with a great choice of drinks. Location Central so easy to pop to the beach and some good restaurants too. I'd definitely consider returning.
Excellent hotel. First time in Morocco and it certainly won’t be my last (wish I had booked for longer ) the hotel is spotless with a great variety of food. The grounds of the hotel are spotless and lovely waiters come round all day asking if we wanted a drink or anything. All staff are amazing and can’t do enough for their guests. The animation team are fabulous keeping guests entertained with various things during the day but they weren’t pushy if you didn’t want to take part. The evening entertainment was also very good and you don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. All bar staff are fab and they remember what you drink. I would feel comfortable going back to this hotel on my own and I will definitely be back either with friends or on a solo holiday (which I have never done before )
Thankyou to all the amazing staff for a fabulous week
The hotel is ok. If you love sitting by the pool and joining in the entertainment/games, you'll love it. Just make sure you get down early in the morning to put your towel on a sunbed or you'll struggle to get a sunbed by the pool. The hotel do not enforce their own rules. Hotel room was fine but very noisy at night due to the World Cup Fan Park it goes on to 2am some mornings, it would have been nice to be told about this from Tui or the hotel.Food is very repetitive, just simply changing a herb etc doesn't wash with me. Staff fine.
Thanks entertainment team and thanks mr yass
had a wonderful stay at Kenzi Europa Hotel. The hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The food was varied, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable.
A special thank you to Mr. Yass from the entertainment team. His energy, professionalism, and friendly attitude made every activity fun and engaging. He always made guests feel included and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day and evening. His enthusiasm truly made my stay even more memorable.
I highly recommend Kenzi Europa to anyone visiting Agadir and would happily stay there again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel is situated on a main road opposite the promenade and beach, so good location as central to everything. It has its own section of the beach that guests can use. Plenty of shops to haggle in for fair ish prices. Small supermarket just over the road (fixed prices) and close to lots of cafes and reasurants.
We stayed for 10 days so food was repetitive, but thats the case with all inclusive in most hotels. There is just one main reasturant, but plenty outside the hotel to try if you get a bit bored of the food. We managed to find something to fill us up everyday so not all bad. Different themed nights and tagine available every evening. Waiters in this hotel barely spoke to us, I think of the 10 days maybe one or 2 asked if we would like a drink.
We started off in a room which had absolutely no view, so we were moved to 1611 the following day, and the view over Agadir was amazing. One of the best views we have had from any hotel we have been.
The tui rep was in the hotel most if not everyday from 9am till 5pm so helpful if you wanted to book excursions or had any queries.
We didn't watch much of the evening entertainment, but the entertainment team were always happy and friendly. We didn't get everyone's name unfortunately, but Soukyy, Yoyo and the rest were always so encouraging and engaging. Great team who always put a smile on our faces.
There are 3 pools, one for the waterside, one for toddlers and young children and the main pool. Although temperatures were around 23 to 27 degrees, the pool felt chilly on entering but was fine once in. Ben in the snack bar was great. Always a smile and happy to make your drink. Service by the pool was bit hit and miss but the bar is so close it doesn't really matter.
Towels are readily available. You pay a deposit for 1st towels then exchange as often as you like and return to get deposit back on last day.
Overall, we would come back. It is a great location, room was spacious and clean, grounds were well kept and cleaned. We always found something to eat and it was a hotel that gave us the down time we needed.
We did arrive late evening on our 1st night, and rooms are to be vacated at 12pm on your last day, but they do offer the room until 5pm for a charge of £50. You can still use all the facilities and reasturant s and snack bars until your departure.
The reason its a 4 star and not 5 is just purely down to dining room staff being a bit lack lustre. Otherwise, rest of staff including housekeeping was always friendly and polite.
As already said we would come back.
