Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Do Not Stay Here

I don’t even know where to start. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The moment I walked into my room, it stunk so badly I couldn’t even breathe properly. I asked to change rooms, and they moved me — but every single room I checked (three or four in total!) smelled just as awful. Dirty carpets, filthy bathrooms, and nothing looked like the pictures online.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Everything felt unhygienic, and the entire place needs a deep cleaning and proper maintenance. Trust me — don’t waste your money here.

Hotel lobby is nice but the rest of the areas are very run down.

The pool was lovely albeit not fully operational. Clearly not tourist season since a lot of things were not in full swing, including the restaurant. The staff made this stay so incredibly pleasant, super kind and helpful. Truly the nicest staff experience I had during my time in morocco. Room was okay, but this is worth it for the helpfulness of the staff alone.

All rooms are smoking. Fortunately mine didn't have a cigarette odor. No restaurant, just a snack bar. Bed comfortable. Clean but a bit rundown. Overall I recommend due to location, nice staff, clean, nice swimming pool, quiet, spacious room.

It an old hotel, need to be renovated. It is far from most of tourist areas. It is not a four star hotel.

Excellent location,clean , helpful staff,great size room,as mentioned before just a bit old but would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property is in the process of renovation so the poolside rooms are not available. The other part where we stayed looks like purpose build 30years ago. Don’t take me wrong it’s well designed and clean but it is far from modern.

A little swimming pool is beautiful with plants around it and very helpful pool staff going out of their way to look after you. However I can’t see the pool being big enough if the hotel was at full capacity.

Bar drinks are excessively overpriced.

Reception staff are great and helpful and speak English French and Arabic.

There is an access just off the side to the public beach which is simple but free. I really enjoyed it as a female on my own I felt safe, people were friendly but not harassing me at all. The sand and the sea were reasonably clean and I really enjoyed it.

Location was perfect. So many shops, restaurants, bars all within walking distance.

Overall the hotel is in an old state of repair. Also a double bed should not equate to 2x Single beds. The facilities were lacking in the room. On a plus point the staff were really friendly and the pool was very clean.

The property and staff were great during my stay. Many of the low reviews I've seen were way off base.

Yes there are some areas that could be improved but it is a great value in a great location!

Wonderful location..lovely breakfasts. Warm and friendly staff cannot do enough for you. Room a little dated but beds clean and comfortable. The pool was large with children's pool separated by bridge from main pool. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you wonderful staff

A bit run down, particularly in respect of the bath/shower arrangement, but staff were attentive and the public rooms were nice

The AC was down, and their excuse was that they had not gotten it fixed in time, they had 200 other rooms they couldn't have moved me to one with AC that worked ?????? the room as also filthy and the sheets had brown stains.
