I love the pool they had! I also love the overall cleanliness and friendly atmosphere
my room not having a fridge like it said but still made things work without it!
The staff was very nice and the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and was helpful in any questions we had.
The only thing was we had no hot water for showers that morning and I had to call front desk and was told they had a boiler problem but it was fixed I felt they should have notified the guest this had happened.
Very clean and close to places to eat. Restaraunt on property as well. Tonya at the front desk was so kind and helpful, gave great recommendations!
This is the worst Hilton experience in my many visits to other properties. 1st the shuttle was not available from the airport to the hotel. Secondly, each night during my stay, I requested the courtesy shuttle and was informed that it was not available. No reason was given. I will never book this property again.
The property was well maintained and staff were very nice. The hotel was also quiet. They asked if we had any special requests, we were able to request a quiet floor for our autistic child and they delivered🩷
Can’t really think of anything I disliked, breakfast was great, bar keep was great, amenities were great,etc. If I have to choose one thing, maybe free cookies the whole stay😂 they were soooo good and a bigger breakfast menu (not including the buffet)

the blackout curtains and the bedding (pillow, cover)....best night sleep i've had in ages!
used the plug in the lamp base to charge my computer and the computer got so hot it wouldn't charge for a day!

The room was fine. But I chose it because of the airport transportation. Our flight into O’Hare arrive late - about 9:15pm. I checked on the app and it said shuttle till 10pm. But when I called I was told there was no shuttle after 9.
I had not planned on a $58 Uber ride.
In addition the morning shuttle is very limited - leaving the hotel at 7am but not again until 9am.
Otherwise the hotel was fine. But a rental car might be cheaper than two Ubers.
Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very attentive.
The only thing I notice was the carpeting in the room should be changed. it smelled musty, especially when the AC was off
