The pool is open 08:30 - 21:00 (last access 20:30). The sauna is open 11:00 - 22:00 (last entry 21:00). Entrance fees apply to both, and access is limited to people of 12 years and older. Guests with a visible tattoo are not allowed. Closed on the first Thursday of the month.

Guests can purchase a 1-day or 2-day Kintetsu train pass at the hotel, valid for Kyoto, Osaka and Nara area.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Great location. Lovely staff. But you could save money going somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was great. Right above the train station and next to a mall. There also a combini next door. Beds were soft which was great.

Cons:

I booked the property because it had a pool and I thought my daughter would be able to swim. It was upsetting to know that the pool was part of a health club and only 12 and up are allowed. Also cover your tattoos which is normal for Japan

Hôtel vieillot à éviter : très décevant !

L’hôtel est bien sûre car il jouxte la gare d’Osaka.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillot et vieillissant qui a fait son temps.

Privilégiez les hôtels japonais : de bien meilleure qualité et avec un accueil irréprochable.

L’hôtel Sheraton vante la présence d’une piscine et d’une salle de sport mais il faut débourser des sommes supplémentaires non négligeables pour y avoir accès…

De plus, elle n’était pas accessible quand nous sommes venus en août (il faisait plus de 36 à Osaka) ce qui n’avait pas été indiqué lors de la réservation.
Nous avons privilégié un autre hôtel pour la seconde nuit même s’il n’y avait pas de piscine et il était bien plus agréable, plus moderne (hôtel à la japonaise moderne) et mieux situé (le Kheihan Namba hôtel).

Best hotel in Osaka!
Pros:

This hotel is excellent, the staff, the rooms (large and luxurious), and the facilities (including a complimentary gym), as well as the location (next door to the train statin and shops), we couldn’t fault a thing. We will definitely stay again if in Osaka
