Worst Marriott hotel room
Pros:

Just checked into our room and extremely disappointed. The room is small, uninviting cold and damp mainly due to a draft coming in from the main window.
Information sheet left in the room stating their central temperature control system will only be operational on cool mode.
Contacted guest relation's to ask if possible to move to an alternative room only to be told the hotel was at full capacity.
This is one of the worst Marriott hotel rooms I have ever experienced.

Pros:

受付に人が多く、チェックインしやすい。
朝食のミニおにぎりは美味しくて量がちょうど良い。
ライトオンオフのボタンがわかりやすい。
ベビーチェアをすぐに持ってきてくれた。

Cons:

・お風呂のパッキンが汚い。
・トイレとお風呂、洗面所が同じく空間にある。
・朝食の動線が狭く、すれ違う人に注意しないといけない。もっと広くして欲しい
・大浴場がない。
・朝食のカトラリーの場所がわかりにくい
・和食ゾーンが狭く、お味噌汁や米、お粥など、注ぐ系が多いため渋滞しやすい。
・ 出口のコーヒーサーバーをもっとアピールして欲しい。わかりにくい。

Cons:

Hotel khá cũ, đồ ăn sáng thì ko đa dạng cho lắm. Ở 4 đêm chỉ ăn 2 lần 😅

Good value and convenient to transportation
Pros:

I booked a Premium Floor Standard Queen Mid Floor room as a Titanium member. I hate to sound spoiled but I was pretty surprised at no upgrade at all at check in, especially on a midweek 2 night stay. Staff apologized for that and it’s honestly not an issue.

The room was fairly spacious by Japanese standards and pretty standard by western point of view. It was also clean and felt fresh.

The hotel is located above the Osaka Uehommachi Station on the Kintetsu Line. I would usually take the Bus Terminal exit to quickly get back to the hotel entrance. It’s really convenient and is a quick 2 stops away from Osaka Namba.

I had breakfast in the 2nd floor restaurant “eu” which included both Japanese and western options. There was a plain omelet station as well as a handmade onigiri station which was really nice. I also tried cocktail hour in the Sheraton Club on the 20th floor however I got there in the last 30 minutes of service and many of the hot options were raided by my fellow guests. There was enough there to make a light meal of it. I can’t speak to breakfast service in the Sheraton Club as I decided to go to the restaurant early every day.

There seems to be renovation going on until about April so unfortunately door slamming and some drilling sounds could be heard during the daytime.

Overall the stay was pretty good and I would actually consider the value quite good when you consider price paid. This hotel tends to be one of the best value deals for quality received in Osaka and the location is conveniently right on top of a station. I’d be open to staying again and I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for bang for their buck.

Localização, cama e roupa de cama e atenção e cuidado dos funcionários. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Não tinha ar condicionado no quarto, apenas calefação. Tivemos que dormir de janela aberta e escutando o barulho da rua.
No banheiro, o chuveiro não tinha qualquer articulação, apenas uma posição que, ficando nela, a água ia em direção à parede.
