The bathroom had a little commode, my keys didn't work both days, I had to get manager to open door, the air didnt work & it took 10 minutes for the water to heat up

It used to be a gorgeous place, but it’s run down and outdated

Smoky awful experience
Pros:

Terrible! The non-smoking room smelled like smoke the entire stay--absolutely disgusting!! The rugs were worn and the bed, while ok, was saggy a bit. The bathtub was rusty at the drain. The promised breakfast was non-existent despite the advertisement to the contrary. No ice machine on 5th floor. The front desk check-in was fine and the only aspect of the stay that was ok. For the amount of money paid, this place is awful and did not live up to the IHG brand name. I will never ever stay there again.

Not the best hotel, but not bad for the price
Pros:

Lobby, staff. We had an issue with our sink and the maintenance guy took care of it within minutes.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room and bathroom, coffee maker in room didn’t work, outdated rooms/hallways/etc. blood on hand towel
