Would stay here again but could use some minor cleaning

Great location and selection of dining. Beautiful golf courses. The pool was crowded but fun.

Cons:

The staff upon checking in, didn’t explain a lot about the amenities/how to book the pool/ use my mobile room key, or breakdown the incidental costs. They just asked me to swipe my card and basically gave me my room keys. There were also some small cobwebs above the bathroom mirror as well as on the balcony.

Beautiful resort for a relaxing vacation.
Pros:

Beautiful lobby, grounds are lovely and well maintained. Pools are large and have many chairs. Rooms are nice and balcony view was amazing.

Cons:

Some of the shops and the arcade were not open during listed hours. Map was not accurate.

This hotel has been on my bucket list for years, and it exceeded every expectation. My brother and sister gifted me one night here for my birthday — and what a gift it was. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The boat rides through the indoor lagoons, the stunning grounds, the pools — it all felt like a dream. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredibly thoughtful gestures from the staff. We were treated with such care and attention that made this birthday night truly unforgettable.
