Pros:

4 floor is good, might have been a little close to the noise in the lobby. but overall it was good. we have to check next time, and make sure there is no tournaments for the kids at the time we arrive.

Overall it was good just some stuff that I would like to see change in the future.
Pros:

Very nice scenery and surrounding.

Cons:

Room needed some tlc not worth the price imo. Paint was chipping and you could see layers of paint from the past years… the air would make a loud boom noise every time it would shut off and wake us up through the night. Very annoying.

Bird and golf sanctuary resort for ultimate relaxation.
Pros:

Exceptional staff, always super friendly and helpful. The integration of nature with the property was amazing, so much wildlife and water features made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Great restaurants and drink spots: will definitely return!

Cons:

Heard the drunk guy in the room nextdoor puking his guts out at about 1am multiple nights. Noise dampening materials between rooms are not excellent. The prices of the food and drinks are ultra resort-level (go figure, right?). Meal for 2 with 2 drinks each was typically around $300. Be prepared to pay for a good time.

We’ve stayed at this resort for many years & were extremely disappointed in our most recent stay. To begin with, we were told one of the pools was closed suddenly for repairs, which was obviously disappointing since the temperature is 105+ in the desert & it’s nice to spread out amongst the pools with guests there. Then we heard from a different manager that the pool closure was planned which would have been nice to know in advance! We waited 45 minutes for our luggage to be brought to our room & had to call to ask where it was. Our car was valeted & parked outside in the middle of a round-about. When I asked why it was not parked in the garage they said I needed to request that! It was 100+ degrees, at the very least tell me to put my rooftop shade on! To continue the adventure the next morning both our rooms keys did not work to enter the pool at 9:30am. Pool service was supposed to start at 10am & no one came until 10:55 (& the outdoor bar was closed due to the pool being closed). Our last dissatisfaction was the empty wine bottles that sat in the hallway floor near our neighbors room the entire 2 night, 3 day stay. We will not return & are extremely saddened that JW did not offer us more compensation other than our drink credit while at the pool (about $100) They also said a Manager would reach out to us and that never happened.
