Lots of fun for kids
Pros:

The best part of the stay was that we didn’t have to leave the resort, it had everything we needed for our stay. Boat ride, flamingos, staff.

Cons:

During weekend there was too many people and the pool wasn’t that clean, the staff was rushing all the time. We saw stains on the extra blankets for sofa bed,and a big flying bug in the room.

New Exorbitant Parking Fees Will Not Work In Palm Desert!
Pros:

Insane new parking fee! $12 for three hours, $18 beyond. This is Palm Deserr not Beverly Hills and newly everywhere offers free parking including upscale El Cajon Paseo . I am platinum elite with Bonvoy and live close by. For many years I hosted business dinners at the resort and brought paying guests. The resort needs tons of renovations but until today many like me have overlooked it. Since 1987 this resort was a nice place to go to. They will lose a tremendous amount of business over this sheer greed. There are too many great options to go to in the Coachella valley. Good luck JW Desert Springs!

Would stay here again but could use some minor cleaning

Great location and selection of dining. Beautiful golf courses. The pool was crowded but fun.

Cons:

The staff upon checking in, didn’t explain a lot about the amenities/how to book the pool/ use my mobile room key, or breakdown the incidental costs. They just asked me to swipe my card and basically gave me my room keys. There were also some small cobwebs above the bathroom mirror as well as on the balcony.
