Beautiful lobby, grounds are lovely and well maintained. Pools are large and have many chairs. Rooms are nice and balcony view was amazing.
Some of the shops and the arcade were not open during listed hours. Map was not accurate.

This hotel has been on my bucket list for years, and it exceeded every expectation. My brother and sister gifted me one night here for my birthday — and what a gift it was. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The boat rides through the indoor lagoons, the stunning grounds, the pools — it all felt like a dream. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredibly thoughtful gestures from the staff. We were treated with such care and attention that made this birthday night truly unforgettable. A once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you JW Marriott Desert Springs. We will be back
Every single detail was perfect

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was poor, and the manager at the front desk was especially unprofessional and unhelpful. He seemed to have no idea how to handle guests or resolve issues. On top of that, this is not a cheap hotel, so the level of service we received was completely unacceptable considering the price. The hotel also did not look like the photos online — the rooms were outdated and felt very old. But above all, the WORST part of our stay was the service from the front desk manager. His attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience for us.
Pool area was amazing
Service was disappointing overall. I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my suitcases to be delivered to the room and wasn’t allowed to transport them myself using a trolley.
The room was not properly cleaned—there were nail clippings from a previous guest left on the balcony. In addition, the shower leaked under the glass partition into the toilet area, meaning the floor was constantly wet and I had to stand in water when using the toilet.
After my stay, I have repeatedly contacted the hotel to request the invoice. So far, I have only received an invoice for the extras I purchased, but not for the stay itself, which is still outstanding.
