I won’t ever stay here again.
Pros:

The property was fine. Location was close to tourist attractions and easy to get on and off the freeway.

Cons:

We were charged a large $500 smoking fee even though I’ve never smoked a day in my life. They said it was because the monitors in my room detected it. It was just me and my young daughter in our room. I had to have multiple conversations with different employees and managers before anything was done. The fee was finally taken off. It felt very fraudulent and scammy. It honestly kind of ruined the weekend because of the anxiety and stress it caused me. I was so worried about this extreme fee for something I didn’t even do.

Need lower beds, bigger bathrooms with standard height toilets, and more ADA parking and ramps
Pros:

Location and cleanliness was fine.

Cons:

Beds way too high. I had to have my son come to the hotel and lift me up. Bathroom too small and couldn’t get close enough to sink. No handicap parking out front. Only one small entrance ramp in the front of the hotel. No one to get my luggage or a cart to take my luggage to and from my room.

Deteriorating
Pros:

Used to love this hotel but I think this might have been my last visit.

Desk staff was fantastic as always.

Otherwise the hotel is starting to show its age, room had ripped carpet, stripped paint and the worst of all was the mattress was completely done.

You could feel every spring.

Parking has changed to an QR based/online payment and has increased from $20 to $35 a day.

I’ll be looking for somewhere else next time I’m in the area.
