Malheureusement pas grand chose

Cons:

La literie et le manque de professionnalisme de l’équipe personnel. Avons réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes avec petit déjeuner. Seul 1 bon pour 2 personnes nous a été remis par jour pour le petit déjeuner en nous expliquant qu’il fallait régler 27$ par jour pour la 3ème personne. Avons fait appeler le manager qui n’était pas plus commercial prétextant que l’erreur venait de booking. Aucun geste commercial, aucune volonté de servir le client. Avons donc annulé nos 3 nuits suivantes et demandé le remboursement. Annulation faite via le site booking et au desk de l’hôtel.

Cons:

I got charged a smoking fee to the room when we didn’t even smoke and I’m in the process of still trying to get my refund. If you look at the Google reviews they regularly scam people charging them or all sorts of random charges.

WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK
Pros:

CLEANLINESS AND COMFORT OF STAY. THE SAFETY UPON ARRIVAL DUE TO REDEYE FLIGHT, THE SECURITY GAURD WAS STANDING OUTSIDE TO GREET US AS WELL AS ANOTHER SECURITY GAURD INSIDE WITH RECEPTIONIST, I TRULY FELT AT EASE ARRIVING CLOSE TO 1AM.

THE AC IN OUR ROOM WAS NOT WORKING :(
CALLED FRONT DESK, THEY COULD EITHER SWITCH US ROOMS OR PROVIDE A FAN. WE WERE SO EXHAUSTED TO SWITCH ROOMS SO WE OPTED FOR THE FAN. IT WAS STILL VERY HOT IN THE ROOM BUT AT LEAST THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE.
