Pros:

The checkin was easy and quick, staff was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Parking is slightly on the expensive side, on the website it states $28 per night but on the outside app it charges you $38.00. I didnt see the small print for cost of overnight parking, I would have not booked if I knew.

Old, dirty, uncomfortable
Pros:

Facilities are old and poorly maintained. Furniture old, bedding was not comfortable. Air conditioning was so cold and wouldnt regulate, pool was filthy too

Cons:

Everything was old and dirty and paying for extra parking when there was plenty of free space was crazy!

Horrendous
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Very old and outdated rooms. No clue how this was a 4 star hotel. The rooms looked like a motel 6. Also the toilet would automatically flush itself every 15 minutes being extremely loud. The walls creaked the entire night and we aren’t sure if it was the pipes in the walls or the walls themselves but it was very loud and we got no sleep.

Transferred to 3 rooms , flickering lights, spiders bites, loud water sound in toilet
Pros:

Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

My daughter got 3 spider bites and found a big spider and baby spiders in bathroom and a baby spider in the bed in room 218.customer service of the assistant manager was poor.
