Nice hotel with an uncomfortable breakfast

The hotel is fine.

There are armed guards in the store down the block and people on drugs entering the hotel to steal breakfast—it doesn’t feel safe.

Pros:

Great value, super friendly team- that's front of house, room clean, breakfast team everyone . Its such a shame that they choose to you paper plates, bowls and plastic silverware / cutlery- prefer to pay a few dollars more per night.

Pros:

Friendliness of staff and breakfast on the go. Confirmation email on transportation to the airport. Size of the room, amenities size of the shower. Location close to places to eat. The Uber got us to the airport in good time to make our flight.

Cons:

The transportation to the airport was 17 minutes late and I did not anticipate having an Uber- seemed like the service forgot about our pickup and scrambled to find an Uber. The room A/C kept clicking on and off which was disturbing.

Pros:

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, tiene cerca atracciones de la ciudad importantes y 1 estación del Montiel para ir al centro. El desayuno completo y suficiente, y el personal muy amable, sobre todo en recepción y mucamas

Cons:

El Aire acondicionado no era sencillo de controlar. Por una diferencia de medio grado F pasaba de frio a calor. La caja de seguridad n o funcionaba y la persona que mandaron no sabía arreglarla.

The location was great! Parking was great!

Cons:

The bottom floor rooms that are located in the main hall by the main entrance are so loud with people walking by. Kids running.
Beds were not comfortable and water pressure wasn't the best
I have stayed here a couple other times and had no problems but this time wasn't great.
