Dusty and dirty. It was like it was never cleaned. There were weird stains on the bedding and I swear I saw bugs. Just a bad experience for how much it cost.
The atmosphere is awful- very thin walls I could here the room next door grunting and stomping like a bunch of pigs. The smell was terrible, I swear I was in a pig sty- they could not keep it clean. The food was like I was eating out of a pig trough. I should have just picked a different vacation and stayed in a barn.
they have 10$ daily use for pop beer or snacks.
right near the U of M makes you feel like your at harvard
interior is all nice and dark low lit
the parking is gated and finding spots for friends to visit during your stay is a challenge.
Too icy at this hotel. Too many guest with no moral compass.
Too icy here, may not be a good option for certain individuals, please seek options at another hotel.
Horrible experience. The noise was awful, the reception staff, utterly rude. I was aghast with the food. I usually like Hilton but this was an out of body terrible experience 😫
The load protest was going on all night in the street and around the hotel. The hotel did a great job making us feel safe.
The hotel stunk because it was housing large numbers of extremely aggressive sad men with terrible BO.
They make the hotel unsafe for women, children and any decent human being.
It reminded me of a film I saw once of the Gestapo commandeering a hotel in 1940s Paris.
Fantastic amenities. Super clean and comfortable room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will stay again.
Loved the Graduate Hotels, now that they are owned by hilton Im worried they will go downhill pretty fast. They were amazing, and I know an entrepreneur needs to make money, but hated to see that for this amazing brand.
That they now charge $30 for parking, wasn’t the case when it wasn’t owned by Hilton
