I walked in and was treated with the highest respect. The front desk was very friendly and they talked to me as if we was friends!!!!!! If you visit Tulsa Ok, you want to stay at this hotel!!!!!!! Very clean Very Friendly Very Respectful....... Colton and Tucker help guide me in the right direction in a business matter, Nakita Marina, and Haley took care of any issues if i had any. This hotel was great!!!!! This was my 3rd visit,And will always be my FIRST choice. Small things in life matter......
#I wanted a diet coke, they was out, the second day they was out again at 2:30pm, At 3;30pm that same day, one hour later, Nakita Marina and Haley send me up a 6pack of diet Coke. Nakita your the best!!!!!

Let me tell you about an absolute angel named Nadine. She was running valet the night I arrived—or rather, the night the tow truck arrived with my car on a Sunday evening.

My car had been towed across the entire state of Oklahoma (it even took two tow trucks to get it to Tulsa) because it needed a specific mechanic there. After almost 24 hours of traveling across the country, I was completely exhausted.

Nadine could tell I was having a rough day. She put her arm around me like a family member would, made sure I got my warm cookie, and even called a friend who is a mobile mechanic. He came over within the hour to help.

I never would have expected that kind of kindness or service. Going so far above and beyond for a complete stranger is exactly why I’ve remained loyal to Hilton brands. Thank you, Nadine—you turned one of the most stressful travel days I’ve ever had into one I’ll always remember. 🙏

Double Tree Warren Place is my “go to” when ever I have friends or family visit Tulsa. Becky does an outstanding job taking care of the arrangements. Great service! Great location!

Bekah was incredible to work with! She made my event run smoothly and was so helpful during the planning process!

I stayed here while my dad was in the hospital across the street. The staff, especially Becky was amazing. They were sympathetic, caring, and overall an amazing staff. The room was clean and the perfect place to relax during a hard time.

The ambiance was warm and inviting. The indoor pool was heated and comfortable. The jacuzzi was cute and did the trick with being hot. The shower was great.

I recently completed a weeklong stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Warren Place, where we hosted over 200 guests, a seated dinner for 80 guests in the Parkview East ballroom, a women’s gathering in Parkview West and daily shuttle service. While the physical property has its quirks, the hospitality here is genuinely top-tier.

The Highlights: Sales & Events (5/5)
From the very beginning of our planning stages, the sales team was exceptional. Their communication was flawless, and they accommodated every single request we threw their way. The banquet and restaurant staff carried that same momentum into our event. They were incredibly friendly, highly service-oriented, and determined to ensure our dinner was a four-star experience—which it absolutely was. Shout out to Rebekah, Ireland & Alyssa!

The Property & Stay (3.8/5)
The property underwent a renovation a few years ago, but truthfully, parts of it still look a bit tired. That being said, it didn't negatively impact our weeklong stay, and the hotel functions perfectly fine.

Housekeeping (3/5)
If there is one area that could use some extra attention and training, it’s housekeeping. They seemed to only do the bare minimum during our stay. We routinely noticed that water bottles and clean glassware weren't replenished, and certain towels were consistently missing. On the positive side, the beds were always made beautifully every day.

Conclusion:
If I were rating strictly on the physical aspects of the hotel, it sits around a 3.8-star property. However, when it comes to the sales team, customer service, and overall engagement with the staff, this is easily a 4-star-plus experience. A huge thank you to the events team for making our dinner such a success!

Clean up to date

I had a great experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Warren Place. The hotel was clean and organized. Colton Coffey was especially nice and welcoming. He helped direct me to the correct conference room and made the process easy. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!.

Everyone was very welcoming when I went and very helpful when I needed questions. I would also like to say thank you to Colton for helping me with my luggage ! The place was wonderful and I really enjoyed my stay I will definitely be back.
