The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to dining, shopping, etc. The facility was reasonably clean.
We knew that each unit was individually owned and that they were all different. We assumed that all rooms would be comparable to what was pictured on the website, but we discovered that was not the case. We were very disappointed with the furnishings of Room 215, which appear to be a collection of hand-me-downs and thrift store finds. The couch looks to be a recliner at first glance, but it does not recline and was not a comfortable piece. The cheap particleboard shelving unit in the bathroom is literally crumbling and peeling from moisture. The only seating provided for the little deck was a pair of stools, which were cute, but uncomfortable. While the mattress was not bad, the basic metal bedframe was shaky and loud. The unit also needs some paint touch-ups. All in all, we felt like we were crashing at a college kid’s apartment.

The tub had a hole in it on the second floor and we didnt have hot water and took 2 extra hours to check in
I loved the decor, the secret mermaid purse. The kids loved it. I loved the mini kitchen and couch. Beds were comfortable

It would've been nice if there were a option to cook. The rooms were different from the pictures. Some rooms didn't have smart tv access. The bathroom doors didn't really close.

We love the location and suite-sized room which is perfect for families. The room was well-organized and clean. We accidentally left a cell phone in our room. Staff found it and notified us of the situation before we even knew it was missing! We so appreciate their attentiveness!
Our dresser had a very strong smell to it, so we didn't use it.
We had an amazing experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us find a suite with a sofa bed, even though the hotel was fully booked. I truly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
Location great..Room clean
The view from my room was horrible. No chairs on the deck if I wanted to sit. Supposed to be non-smoking but when I came in from fireworks the hallway had strong drug smell. Called front desk. Said they would check on it.
