we didn't eat Breakfast we got up Saturday morning and check out about 7;00 am
had a smell to it the sheets on bed had spot on it .it was nothing like picture
Convenient location , comfortable beds
Some areas were hot, no air flow
Staff Friendliness/Location to the event I was attending. Comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ready as stated it would be.
Dated, bottom of shower curtain appear to be discolored. Sink leaked, and the sink drain hardwear was discolored. Carpet worn and appeared to be dirty. TV didn't work correctly, once a channel was chosen the screen went black (user error? in fairness it could have been)
Check in was smooth.
Condom behind the dresser/tv stand, staff kinda rude to my kids because they were being kids ( a little loud coming thru the lobby) in the afternoon..., room not cool upon arrival, room clean!!, roaches!!!!
The prices were amazing for the 2 nights
The staff was not rude but also was not friendly..also the beds were very uncomfortable. We also had to switch rooms due to a pair of men’s boxer underwear being on a lap in our original room..our second room had no smoke detector either..
Rooms were decently clean, moreover than the other option I think. Breakfast had options.
Breakfast was subpar. Gnats were resting on juice spouts, leading to them being in the drinks. Gnats were also a problem landing in breads in container (mini muffins, toast, bagels). No fresh, cold water was refilled in the lobby during our entire stay. Coffee was watery, so with no juice, water, or coffee, I had to outsource my drinks if I was thirsty.
Other than this, we experienced a problem with tub drainage and standing water. Otherwise, stay was nice. Staff were helpful and nice.

Employees were very efficient and went above and beyond in our accommodations. I wasn’t paying attn in my rush to find a vacancy to realize that I had booked a room upstairs and there were no elevators. My husband’s health is deteriorating and he had a massive stroke 2/12 and does not climb stairs. A friend that was helping me find a room noticed this and called the Inn to see if it could be changed. The clerk told her she couldn’t because of us booking thru Booking.com BUT….she didn’t stop there (the clerk) called Booking.com and got us on 1st floor.
