Was just ok. But friendly, helpful, top notch staff. I’d come back just for them.
Pros:

Room was comfortable size; bed very comfortable. Loved black-out curtains. Grounds very pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. Not real eggs, oatmeal was running, sausage cold. 2nd morning, we went elsewhere - so not a great value for us.

Hat unsere Erfahrungen erfüllt
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig, der Pool schön. Auf Sauberkeit wird im ganzen Haus sehr geachtet, das sieht man an allen Ecken, es riecht auch überall richtig frisch. Kaffee, Tee und Infused Water 24/7 im Foyer, sehr lecker. Mittwochs gibt es abends Snacks (Chips, Salat, Brot, Suppe, Kekse, Bier und Wein) auf's Haus. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse ganz ok, sogar etwas Abwechslung. Das Personal war super, Heidi war sehr nett, so wie auch alle ihre männlichen Kollegen an der Rezeption, bis auf eine Dame, siehe unten.

Cons:

Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren nur über eine spezielle App und Kreditkarte, was es gerade für ältere / ausländische Gäste unnötig kompliziert macht. Eine Dame an der Rezeption war gar nicht hilfreich: Der Föhn im Zimmer war kaputt, ich habe sehr lange Haare und wir wollten auf eine Veranstaltung, also war das ein Problem für mich. Ich fragte nach einem funktionierenden Föhn. Die Dame meinte eiskalt und gleichgültig, dass sie keinen hat, nichts für mich tun kann, ich erst am nächsten Morgen (!!!) einen gebracht bekäme und ließ mich mit nassen Haaren einfach stehen. Es war ihr schlicht egal. Am nächsten Tag erinnerte ich sie nach dem Frühstück erneut, aber es kam niemand und wir mussten dann mittags weg. Als wir gegen 16:30 Uhr zurück kamen, war weder das Zimmer gereinigt, noch ein Föhn gebracht worden. Also ging ich wieder zur Rezeption und der nette Kollege (der nichts davon wusste) kümmerte sich SOFORT darum. Wieso man eine solche Person dort beschäftigt, die zahlende Kunden so behandelt, verstehe ich nicht, weil alle anderen super nett und hilfsbereit waren.

Cancelled after first night.

Cons:

The hotel is far from the rating it has . It’s not remodeled and it has many flaws .

Pool seemed it had mold on floor near pool. It also had outlet with screw almost falling out .

Asked if we cant get a refund after first night and we were told no cuz we paid in advance. They stated thats their policy but they failed to show me a written policy saying thats their. Booking refunded the second night as it was stated their policy was only to be charged first night.

Breakfast staff was very nice

Ho prenotato una stanza con cucina. La stanza era molto grande con ambienti separati. La cucina purtroppo non era molto attrezzata perché mancavano vari utensili e pentole. La colazione della struttura era molto varia e molto buona. Carina la piscina coperta.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful, especially Jamie Perdome. The rooms are large, comfortable and accommodating. The pool and patio area are also great.

Overall, it’s well taken care of place to stay that is quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. It’s a great value.
Pros:

It was a beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Chicago (about 40 minutes) and Six Flags (about 20 minutes). The grounds are well kept, the pool was large and clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The infused water and coffee in the lobby was a nice offering.

Cons:

Our room was hot for 2 of our 4 day stay. They did send someone a couple times to try and rectify the situation and it did get fixed day 3. The breakfast was okay, not much space in the serving area and ran out of several things without refilling. Woman working it was not very friendly. They also had a social hour on Wednesday evening with snack like offerings and free beer and wine but honestly, it would probably be better if they just didn’t offer it. They had bread but no butter, some veggies and lettuce. I dance bottle that no one could get ranch out of. We don’t drink but heard several people say the beer was warm and all foam. Someone mentioned it to the employee who basically ignored them, again she wasn’t very friendly.

Güzel rahat ve huzurlu bir tesis.
Pros:

Odalar son derece güzel. Yatak rahat. Mutfak gereçleri gayet yeterli. Konum merkezden uzak ama bizim için sorun değildi. Yakın bölgede yeme içme yerleri var, dilerseniz yemek uygulamasi üzerinden sipariş de verebiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. Aynı ve sınırlı sayıda çeşit vardı.
