Pros:

Location for us was perfect, staff super helpful and friendly, we were able to check in at 12pm for a fee of $25 which was worth it for the 3 of us, who had already been on the road super early.
Also allowed us to store our bags when we checked out so we could explore Seattle for a few hours before our train.

Cons:

Wish there was tea and coffee in the room.

Lovely hotel, kind staff, amazing location
Pros:

Property was great! Everything was very clean, super convenient location.

Cons:

I’ve never been the biggest fan of valet only parking, as it makes it difficult to access your own vehicle. I was traveling for my wedding during my stay so there were a few times I just needed to grab something or stick something in the car and that made it difficult.

The Hidden Gem of Seattle
Pros:

Okay yes, I too was reluctant to go here after reading all the reviews that made this seem like a hit or miss. But! This was an AMAZING hotel!! The location was phenomenal and right where I needed to be in places. It was central to everything and the rooms! I believe I had one that was just updated to their new makeover look because everything smelled new. It was spacious and no, there were no construction noises that I heard at all! Maybe there was when the others had stayed here but when I stayed (the week after Valentines day), it was quiet. I got in a few extra hours of sleep because of the time change and didn't hear anything. There was even an event they were helping to host when I was leaving and didn't hear anything about it. That's how quiet and considerate this hotel is to all guest.

There is only one elevator that works, but I didn't see it as a problem at all. It was still speedy and quick. This hotel, when it's completely done, will be one of the best hotels you could have ever stayed at. I promise, the things they are doing with this hotel will knock out the other hotels in the area. Also! Chan is a great place to eat at. I did have a reservation there on a night I knew I was free to go. I've never had Korean food so I was pretty if-y on eating spicy things (I have a low spice tolerance). But Steven, my waiter, was so kind and helped me out with what to get, how to eat it, and what he would recommend for it to not only be great tasting food but lots of flavors. Thank you Steven! You made this unsure experience a great one!

Overall, you will NOT regret staying here. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. I appreciated the free waters as well (just as them at the front desk for some). Thank you to the kind and friendly staff and I hope to visit again, very soon!

Pros:

It was close to the convention center and it was very clean.

Cons:

The toilets wouldn’t flush on the first time. You had to do it twice.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy, and the view was great. Great location. Perfect place to stay while seeing a show at the Paramount, and lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area.
