Pros:

Loved the location for the Paramount theater and shopping. Also different restaurants all walking distance.

The people who work there were terrific.

Cons:

The floor under us was being renovated so we had an elevator with debris in it and very loud banging and music. I would have loved to hsve been told this ahead of time because we thought we could get a quick nap in before dinner. Only one elevator was working so going up to the 11th floor took forever. When we were going up to the 11th floor it took us down and then we stopped at every floor on the way up. It got a bit ridiculous. We have loved staying here in the past but for the price and not a great stay I think we will be looking for another hotel for the next concert night.

Had a great stay. Hotel has excellent facilities and a really great staff.
Pros:

I found the staff very professional and competent, but also warm and friendly. Spoke with several and when going in and out, waved hello to them and felt that their acknowledgments were real as opposed to mechanical or procedural. Did not use all of the hotel facilities, such as parking lot and exercise area/equipment but they were available/accessible.
