The staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. We were there for business at the Convention Center... a one block walk! Perfect. And the room size was excellent.

Cons:

No coffeemaker and no microwave. Business travelers need certain amenities to keep costs down. Please consider how you could accommodate those items.
The construction was a tiny bother waiting for the elevator took extra time, but everyone was gracious.

Perfect location for attending our show and superior service.
Pros:

We attended Les Mis at the Paramount theater and the location was ideal. It was easy to locate and if you use the valet service, check-in is a breeze.

Cons:

We woke up at 6:30am and there is not coffee in the room or room service. We had to get dressed to get our caffiene fix.
I don't recommend the resaurant in the hotel.

The location was perfect as we were there to see a show at the Paramount Theatre.
The room was clean and roomy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Location for us was perfect, staff super helpful and friendly, we were able to check in at 12pm for a fee of $25 which was worth it for the 3 of us, who had already been on the road super early.
Also allowed us to store our bags when we checked out so we could explore Seattle for a few hours before our train.

Cons:

Wish there was tea and coffee in the room.

It was a great stay overall. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to stay here again in the future.
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness of rooms.

Cons:

The only bad part was 1 Elevator was open. The other down.
