Extremely disappointed and shady dealings. They might try to get more money when you arrive. Warning
Pros:

The room had a refrigerator and full kitchen in it. The bed looked nice. The outside of the hotel had a brick look that was nice.

Cons:

Let's start with the most startling thing I didn't like. I paid through the app and the booking app said if anyone at the hotel ask for money to click a link. After I got there it was full of police the guy who work the front was outside chatting with a friend and told me to wait. I had to wait about 20 minutes till he finished his conversation before he would help me. Then as he was checking me in he asked for more money and keep asking till I showed him where the app said report if the hotel ask for more money then he eventually just dropped it. The rating was 7.8 and there's no way because he said expect really loud noises because we're doing renovations. The outside doors didn't work the entrance was blocked off by an old car with no one in it. There's no real breakfast just like 3 snack bars and hot water and coffee. There was damage to the door like someone tried breaking in and the ac didn't work. They also charge if you want your room cleaned but my room was ok. The lights were very dim and just didn't seem natural. Overall very disappointed with my stay there and I couldn't even list everything that was wrong because it would be like 3 more pages

Pros:

It was a very enjoyable place. It was peaceful, pleasant, and very clean. The clerk Mrs. Sarah was very helpful. She a solution for all the problems.

Cons:

The T.V. didn't work, it did not connect with the remote. The toilet had issues, but Mrs. Sarah said low water pressure.. I couldn't get another room, it was full.

It’s a deluxe room 1 bed and a sofa and refrigerator and a stove and a microwave so you can cook for your kids and save money

Cons:

The Toilet kept getting clogged up and the air conditioner is dirty and will make you or your kids trigger their allergies and it’s loud and the staff will blow up your room phone before check out .

It was a decent stay for the amount of days we were there, but not worth the price.
Pros:

Location was decent and not too far from Crossplex venue, near a Walmart and it's surrounded by nearby stores and restaurants.

Cons:

No elevator, bed uncomfortable, breakfast choices, bathroom door didn't close or lock properly, no lights in refrigerator or above stove, appliances are a little outdated, stained bath towel, issues with entering the room at times with the key, and I had to unclog the toilet myself.

Bad experience by living at 40 State farm parkway

Did not like customer service experience requesting for repairs when repairs was not done, did not like when you asked for towels but was not giving any towels to you and my room was not being clean by the housekeeper workers had to clean my room myself.
