My stay was great considering the reviews I have seen over the past year or so.
Pros:

The entrance area was inviting. The property appeared to be updated & taken care of in most areas of the hotel establishment.

Cons:

One issue I experienced is the parking lot entrance location. It can be a bit tricky exiting onto the main road.

Also, unsure if there may be a ph issue, cleanliness and or just a facelift needed for the hot tub area. It looked dingy and discolored when I entered the pool area to just take a look. Something to look into to minimize further damage to property & longer downtime if neglected.

Terrible. Paid online and never got a room. Didn't get my money back

Nothing. Booked a room and paid for it and didn't have a room for me. Never got my money back

Cons:

I booked a room online and paid for it online. Got to the hotel and they saw my booking but didn't have a room for me even though it showed there was a room reserved. Asked for my money back and were not able to do so. Lost $105. Very upset.

Not worth the money paid, price was too high. Stayed at a different hotel the weekend before for half the price that was

It is not advertised that is is undergoing renovations (if that's what was going on) there was a strong paint smell through out the floor. Just looked like the hotel was mid set up and shouldn't have been open. Ice makers didn't work, went to multiple floors and they were not in service.

I liked that the room was modern & clean.

Cons:

The fan in the room was extremely loud and kept waking us up throughout the night so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. We were not able to turn the fan off. It would stay in Auto mode.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Upon getting to our room it was just a king and we had booked a room with 2 beds. So immediately had to move. I will not book through a 3rd party again like booking.com because the staff says this happens all the time and at least they had the availability for us to switch rooms. There was water leaking from above the door frame of the new room. The surroundings of the pool were dirty.

It wasn't clear on booking that it wasnt a continental breakfast. You had to order it. The staff that you placed your order with was rude. Basically the 2 women that worked the front desk but the man that worked the front desk and the guy you placed your breakfast order with were rude.

Great experience!
Pros:

Ada met me at the entrance, she could see that I was struggling with my walker and the suitcase I was trying manipulate. She had a big smile and offered to assist me with my suitcase. Ada checked me in and then, because they were not busy, also offered to take my suitcase to my room, which was right down the hall. She was so friendly and helpful!

Checking out the manager, cannot remember her name, was very helpful and also offered to take my suitcase to my car, which was right outside. Great customer service!

The bed was very comfortable!

Everything was great! No problems at all.
