Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, praticamente em frente a Chinatown, e é realmente perto da Union Square. A funcionária que fez meu check-in foi muito educada e paciente com todas as minhas dúvidas.

Cons:

O estacionamento não é no hotel, fica um quarteirão antes e isso não é informado na reserva (pelo menos não na minha). Cheguei em San Francisco, estava chovendo e precisei parar o carro no meio da rua para entrar no hotel e pedir informações.

Worst experience ever with our 4 year old.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

As they say it’s a 4 star hotel but the hotel service is horrible. Bathroom flush doesn’t work and when you complain about it, they ask to use public restrooms. We don’t expect this kind of basic service from even a 1 star hotel.
