Nice but dont call it breakfast
Pros:

Great location, clean, proper and fine bed (not very hard, not very soft), housekeeping every otherday

Cons:

Breakfast! It's hardly anything: some juice / tea/ coffee and some sweet things (stale croissants, muffins, donuts). Quite unhealthy and not doable with allergens.
My one person room had a tiny window with no view. But it was quite, cozy and clean.
Staff could be nicer, some of them weren’t

It was okay
Pros:

The location is pretty good and the discount you can get at the surrounding restaurants is good

Cons:

Unfortunately there’s no microwave so you definitely cannot bring left overs.. the refrigerators doesn’t run cold either it’s more so warm so drinks being kept cold isn’t gonna happen.. the ac wasn’t working too well for us either which was unfortunate and the pillows are most definitely not pillows

Pros:

The rooms were clean. They have luggage rooms for storage before check-in / after check-out.

Cons:

The receptionist couldn't find both of my rooms for 10 minutes despite them being under the same name. The rooms are rather small, even though we got a free upgrade to a King room it was only a bigger bed, but the same room area size. They also said we need to pay a resort fee but it was already included in the payment through Booking.com. We booked the hotel so we would have breakfast, but they have severely cut back on breakfast options, so now it's just two pastries, two types of fruit and drinks. Extremely disappointing, we would have booked another, nicer hotel without breakfast if we knew we still had to buy real food every morning.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das amerikanische Frühstück ist wie beschrieben in der Hotel Lobby. Wir empfanden dies als sehr ungemütlich.

La habitación, el desayuno y que por llegar tarde nos habían dado de baja la reserva a pesar que habíamos avisado que llegábamos tarde.

Habitación muy pequeña. El baño tenía el lavabo dentro de la habitación, al lado del placard y no dentro del baño como debería ser… la ducha muy baja a la altura del cuello, tenías que hacer malabares para lavarte la cabeza!!!
El desayuno muy pobre y feo, sólo ofrecen café con leche manzanas, naranjas, jugo de ambas y para comer muffins con chispas de chocolate y pain aux chocolat, rara vez croissants, sin mantequilla ni mermelada. Si no te apuras te quedas sin nada, es servido en el lobby y te sientas donde puedas si tienes suerte, tienen mesas adicionales en un primer piso muy incómodo para subir y bajar a buscar más café.

We come to visit San Francisco often because of the SF Giants unfortunately this hotel was not the right choice for us

The girl at the reception was very rude and unwelcoming
There was a bad odor in the hotel

The restroom was VERY small
There were many different surprise charges brought up during check in

Great location, excellent staff...a trendy spot with great amenities.
Pros:

The staff were really amazing. Tony, Rey and Saba. They were really personable, patient and understanding. Highly emotionally intelligent people who earned my trust and thsts what exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

I didnt like booking through Expedia...it gave me problems ans won't lwt me extend my stay without adding a separate booking which caused a great deal of issues for me and charges to my card.

Disappointed
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to clean our room.
Bathroom door handle was broken, room was very small and stuffy. They have down graded their 4pm happy hour and their contennintal breakfast to a grab and go. The shower basin are dangerously slippery. When I asked for a rubber bath matt they couldn't provide one.
They charged a daily resort fee of over $200 for the 3 nights.
We've stayed here the last 3 times we've come to San Francisco, with one of those times being my daughter's wedding, inwhich we booked a third of their rooms. Maybe the hotel is struggling financially? Anyway, I think this will be our last time staying here.

Pros:

la ubicación fue lo mejor! a unos pasos de chinatown, en una zona segura y bonita, con transporte público accesible a 5 minutos caminando. El desayuno es rico, pero muy sencillo, sólo pan dulce, fruta, jugo y café. La habitación es cómoda, aunque un poco pequeña. Nos ayudó mucho que tiene frigobar.

Cons:

El A/C era muy ruidoso, aunque realmente no tuvimos que usarlo mucho pues el clima en mayo era bastante agradable.
