Cómodo, bien ubicado pero con detalles a mejorar.
Pros:

Definitivamente la ubicación, super central a media cuadra está la Unión Square. Y las sabanas y toallas super suaves y de buena calidad. El ambiente del lobby muy lindo y en la noche siempre había un señor tocando el piano.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son un poco viejitas y detalles de no tener buena iluminación y aire condicionado o ventilador hace falta. La foto que pongo es para mostrar que estaba el aire pero lo deshabilitaron.

Would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

Hospitality, services, responding staffs, making adjustments.

Cons:

Once the lift did not work, so had to climb up 7 stories. But it was repaired fairly fast.

总体感觉很喜欢！
Pros:

这家酒店的地理位置非常好，内部装修很英国风格，大堂背景音乐很古典，前台的服务人员也很优雅，总体感觉很好！

Cons:

酒店有点旧，房间也不大，因为是在市中心，可以理解！

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville à pieds, le personnel est sympa, la taille de la chambre est bien aussi. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages à la réception pour aller explorer la ville.

Cons:

Pour presque $160 la nuit, un petit déjeuner offert aurait été parfait.

O sistema de pagamento do hotel é péssimo, para realizar o pagamento, após tentar 5 diferentes cartões, sem sucesso, tive que sacar e pagar em cash. Em nenhum outro estabelecimento comercial houve qualquer recusa de pagamento, durante toda a minha viagem de 15 dias nos EUA. O sistema é muito arcaico, o atendente tem que digitar os números do cartão para seguir o processo!!!
