Excellent value and will continue to stay there when we are in Calgary
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times, always very clean and friendly. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and remembered us from our stay the week before. Rooms are large and modestly furnished

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful.
Very clean
Comfortable beds

Cons:

Checking in took 35 minutes.
It was just poor timing as there was a conference going on. Not the staffs fault.

Pros:

Pros:

It was clean, staff were friendly.

Cons:

We didn't have any hot water for showering on our second night and there were power outages all night.
The mattress was extremely soft.

Great service and clean
Pros:

Great service, clean rooms. Bit far from the centre of town, but easy and inexpensive (around $15) to take an Uber there.

Overall it was decent, but almost $400 for two nights in a standard room all said and done.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel itself was very clean.
The check in and check out process was relatively quick and easy as well.
It had a fitness facility, pool and hot tub which was nice.

Cons:

We booked an "executive" room, but unfortunately there are no specific images of the room when you book, so we were led to believe it would be considerably different than the std 2 queen room- only to arrive and realize it was a completely regular room, and no additional space or features to be found. The pool area is also unmonitored and there were a lot of people in there almost at all times who were obnoxiously loud. We ended up getting splashed in our faces multiple times while in the hot tub from unsupervised children.
We also booked a "pet friendly" room and they put us on the 7th floor, so every bathroom trip took an elevator and a good walk lol.
