Das Zimmer war hell und gross. Die Betten sehr bequem und das Bad ebenfalls sehr schön aber nicht sehr gross. Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum aber die Haltestelle hat man schnell zu Fuss erreicht und in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Das amerikanische Buffetfrühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.

The check-out process was particularly poor. Staff took the key silently, with no greeting, no “thank you”, no farewell, which does not meet even basic hospitality standards.

On the morning of check-out, at 10:10 AM, housekeeping knocked on my door and woke me up, despite check-out being at 11:00 AM. This was unnecessary and stressful.

An unexplained charge was added immediately after check-out. It was only refunded after I contacted Booking and escalated the issue.

Additionally, there were no pool slippers provided, which is inconvenient and unsafe around wet areas.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and billing issues made this stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very peaceful. The furniture was in great condition, and for the price, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
