A really good, practical stay
Pros:

Stayed here during a 2 week road trip and the facilities were great. It is very practical as opposed to luxury but was just right for us half way through our trip.

Pros:

Every thing was the way it should be. Good service, clean and quiet room and the location was easy to get to.

There was nothing negative to say about our stay at this hotel.

I would not recommend or stay again.

Cons:

The cleanliness and staff were horrible. We had hair all over the bed sheets, towels and in the bathroom. We booked two rooms as we were a large group and both rooms were the same. Cleaning staff were rude. Breakfast was also limited with very few options and poor quality.

Just ok
Pros:

The hotel is very modern. The beds were very comfortable. There is a shuttle to the airport but it costs $5 a person.

Cons:

The location. This hotel is far from the downtown center. They say they have access to the C-train but you have to walk to the train station which is 15 minutes away. I did not find the lady at reception very helpful. There is no free breakfast at this hotel.
