Pros:

How clean it was and anything I needed it was done no questions asked by the staff.
Solid 4.8-5 star hotel.

Cons:

2 things there was no active working fan in our bathroom which wasn't a big deal or anything. And there was no microwave in our room. However there were 2 microwaves on the 9th floor.
Overall a solid 4.8-5 star hotel.

Fun, and too quick
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed and it was even better than last time. It is very clean, and the staff are very helpful. The food and the drinks are exceptional.

Cons:

The beds in the 300 area could use upgrading. It was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in. It is definitely not the “heavenly” bed of another chains offering

Once I got into my final room, I was comfortable. It was quiet and I slept well.
Pros:

The room I finally received was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

I initially booked a 1 King bedroom, when I checked in I had 2 queens, but I liked the room. I called front desk and they put me in a different room with 1 kind bed, it was smelly and had a broken drawer. I walked out immediately to say I couldn’t stay in that room, and was then put in a 3rd room. It was better than the 2nd so I stayed in there.

Also the girl at the front desk could have been kind. Being in hospitality and customer service, a smile, warm welcome and kindness goes a long way.

Bellevue property with relaxed, clean, beautiful setting!
Pros:

While a little pricey in a pricey area, it was wonderful! Very close to Virginia Mason Bellevue which was our goal.

Cons:

No non-alcoholic wine, sought before a medical procedure next day....just saying, have think real hard to find what I didn’t like.
