Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location for the bus to/from the airport. Nice room with a comfortable bed and ability to cast and stream things like Netflix. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Nice breakfast.
I would have liked an iron in the room and cups that fitted the coffee machine.
Slightly removed from heavy tourist area meant less busy streets around the hotel but with bars and restaurants to use.

Location was not in the best part of Palma, but the hotel was close enough to walk to the nicer parts.

only minor criticism was bed was a bit lumpy but it was king sized so able to make it work for good sleep.

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre historique. Les petits balcons sont très agréables sur une rue piétonne. La terrasse sur le toit avec petite piscine est très bien exposée au soleil, très agréable en fin de journée pour se prélasser. Chambre agréable.
Le bus pour l'aéroport s'arrête juste à côté.
Dommage d'avoir des anciens ports USB et pas des USB-C récents pour brancher son téléphone.
Manque quelques crochets pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain.
La TV s'allume à chaque fois que l'on rentre dans la chambre.
