Overall we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Unfortunately there was work going on and where we had to park and the distance of our room was far. We are seniors and it was quit a walk.

Cons:

Front desk did not explain the issue that the doors were inoperable near the room

Good.
Pros:

I saw that the overall rating for the site was a 7 and I thought it should have been higher. Great Breakfast area with real plates and utensils. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Cons:

The layout of the room was a bit unusual due to the round tower we were in. The air conditioning came on and off and was loud.

Front desk gal was not so great. She did not tell us about the breakfast nor did she tell us to place the tiny paper for the overnight parking

Not enough towels. Bathroom door very loud.

Great breakfast ..spotlessly clean room
Pros:

Perfect room for ADA needs
Beautiful pool area with green grass and trees
Good areas to walk the dog
Very quiet
Great breakfast included

Cons:

Major construction in parking lot and in areas around the hotel…not noisy but inner areas inside the hotel look like they need to be planted and watered

Pros:

I checked reviews that said the facility was old.
I guess I'm old but this is a very high end upscale hotel. NOT JUST A MOTEL There's a difference in quality well built facilities. This is quality well built hotel. Autumn made us feel like millionaires. The whole staff is so so friendly and accepting. We checked in early and wound up with an iced tea on the house. We were tired and weary. It's hard to find this kind of quality and service. I'd love to go back
