Quiet and clean.

Cons:

Too many micro transactions. An incidentals hold that takes $ 4 nothing. U can't cast 2 the tv, access Prime(or any account).

Ok stay. Staff was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Food all around terrible.
Pros:

Room was decent. Carpets could use cleaning. It looks like they are trying to update some things. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was good too.

Cons:

Breakfast was.....aweful. EVERYTHING was ICE COLD. breads, biscuts, mini muffins, very very dry like they sat out for 2 days dry. Eggs, sausage, biscuts gravy, cold. :( YUCK
Grizzly Bar and Grill, was not good either. Hard pass.
Staff was very nice and chipper! That was nice to see.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is really close to the airport and had a free shuttle.

It’s worth the extra couple bucks for a good view. Room was great and staff was nice to talk to.

Excellent Beds - great sleep!
Pros:

The king size bed in our room was so comfortable and even though the hotel is located near the airport - it was still very quiet and the room had undergone an upgrade and was very spacious. We slept really well and would stay here again.

Cons:

When the upgrades are completed, this will be an awesome place to stay in Pasco.

Roma very clean

Cons:

When I stopped by reception, the attendant gave me only one key, and when I got to the room, it didn't work. I had to go back to the front desk and wait to get the correct key; they gave me two keys, which is standard practice at all hotels.
