The room was very quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and the suite itself was quite spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the stay frustrating. The hotel had overbooked and did not have the double queen room we reserved available upon arrival, which could have been a major problem if our plans hadn’t changed. We were placed in a second-floor suite with no elevator, which was very inconvenient while carrying luggage and a large pet kennel. Although the room was described as an “upgrade,” it felt outdated and not well-maintained, with visible stains on the carpet and furniture and very minimal amenities like towels. Parking was also limited, requiring us to park far from the building and make multiple trips. Additionally, the on-site restaurant closed earlier than expected for a Saturday night, which was disappointing after a long day of travel and activities.

Well, hotel is under renovation so there was only one place to eat in the facility and one poor bartender/ waitress running the whole thing.

Pros:

The hotel was actually really big

Cons:

Its advertised with a pool doesn't really specify indoor or out door. Its an out door pool that was closed during our stay witch really sad because my 3 year old the whole car ride (3hrs) was so excited to go swimming but wasn't able too. Other than that it's was a great stay

Cons:

Noisy kids running in the hallway. We paid for a premium queen. Got the regular queen. No coffee in the rooms. When we asked for a coffee maker, it came with old moldy coffee grounds.

I probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The shuttle from the airport was one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was good.

Cons:

The shower was like a "bouncy castle" it was Very dangerous. It must have air trapped between 2 layers. It actually bounced one around. Not safe for older people. The breakfast was below average. The value for the stay was very low for the price. The hotel appears to be tired and. slowly giving up.
