Overall comfortable and convenient but can be pricy.
Pros:

Room was ready when we arrived a bit early. Lovely view of the harbor, nice furniture on the balcony. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, microwave and refrigerator. Comfy couch for when we had time to watch DirecTV. We've stayed here a number of times in the past so knew what to expect for the most part, and this time (see below) was a bit disappointing. We chose this establishment for the excellent location.

Cons:

Disappointed in that room heater was SO NOISY we had to turn the TV up to hear. And our room was not cleaned once so we had to request towels and TP from a random housekeeper in the hall who said our room "was not on my list". Odd. In addition they added a $9.95 parking fee for the event we were attending. We will consider other establishments that may mean a longer walk for our next visit.

Nice property. Comfortable and clean. Beautiful sunrise this morning over the water behind the building.

We paid $568 or something for the night and had filth and mold on the floors and around drains.
Pros:

The view from the room was nice. The water and tiny beach looked nice.

Cons:

There was mold all over in the bathroom. Mold. Mold. Mold. It was disgusting. We wore flip flops to avoid it. The drain in the shower didn’t drain, which is also disgusting when you’re taking a shower and standing in your own washed off dirst.

It was an ok place to stay for the Crab Festival
Pros:

We stayed at this location for the Crab Fest and loved the location and view.

Cons:

The bathroom was very outdated and had some mold on the ceiling. The grout in the bathroom was dirty. One of the two bathroom sinks drained very slowly. The balcony door was very hard to open and made a lot of squeaking noises when opened. The rooms around us had the same issue.

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant were unwelcoming. We left the restaurant after the first attempt to sit down for dinner. In the morning, we attempted to get a coffee and they were rude as well

Betterplaces with better planinng
Pros:

We were desparate for a room and ended up overpaying $360.00 for the room because it was last minute. The hotel its self is on the level of a Quality Inn. (The fires in Washington were forcing everyone on vacation to seek travel to the west side of the state.)

The restaurant had limited menu and looked like a bar you would find at a golf course. No one was eating there at 6 pm. WE walked over to the harbor where most people were eating. Lots of choices and music playing. It was a short walk just s few blocks

The good thing was the pool was heated and children were enjoying it.

Didn't have to pay for parking

Cons:

Disappointing in the restaurant - we were tired an just want to eat. Glad we walked over to the harbor had a lovely meal and musicians. Room was disappointing for the amount paid
