We had a great trip! We would consider this hotel again.
Pros:

The proximity to Olympic National Park could not be any better! We also liked its location to the harbor and that we could walk to a number of restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have a water view room which would have been great.

Cons:

While the sleeping rooms had obviously been recently updated, the facade and common areas had not. We had a first floor room, however, as it doesn't have elevators, I could see that as a negative for some. The sleeping room also seemed to be dark even with all the lights on. Dine better lighting would be nice.

Did not clean our room or replace towels we had to call for towels not very clean had very uncomfortable bed and pillows.....not a good value and no breakfast service

Pros:

Spacious room, lovely views of the water (the sea view room), comfortable beds, nice shower and mostly friendly staff. Extra comforter was available when I asked for it.

Cons:

Room wasn't clean, we found dirty tissue in the ice bucket, and trash near the bed.
The check in person didn't inform us of the amenities we had to pay a resort fee for and he failed to inform us, nor did we see it anywhere that clean up service was on request. The smell in the room and corridor was stale and the bathroom was freezing.

Loved our stay, will be back!
Pros:

Rooms are very spacious and clean and the front staff were very nice and helpful! We ordered food to go from the restaurant on the property and it was very good and the staff there was also very friendly!

Cons:

Nothing at all! Everything was fantastic! Thank you! We will definitely be back!!

Good location, so-so rooms
Pros:

Location on harbor and next to trail was very nice,

Cons:

Room and halls had a weird smell and the refrigerator freezer in the room was melting and spilling water into the main fridge which caused my food to get wet and I couldn't freeze my ice packs. Super irritating.

Excellent location, value, and comfort
Pros:

Very clean. Room was quiet, you could not hear neighbors.

Cons:

Shower head was really low. I'm average height but my husband us 6'4" and the shower head was at his chest.
