Prayers were answered and God is good.
Pros:

Staff were very kind and the beds were very comfy. We were upgraded to a room overseeing the water and it was wonderful.

Cons:

Great location, but add on $10 for parking
Pros:

Great seafront location (book a waterfront view). Large, clean room. Nice staff.

Cons:

Extra $10 obligatory charge for parking and other facilities eg hot tub and pool, even though the description says free parking.

Cons:

Rude check in from Mimi. Weird charges - almost $200 - on my card that I’m still trying to figure out. Not enough of anything in the room (towels, coffee, blankets, toilet paper, Kleenex…). Big housecleaning bins sitting in the hall 24/7.

Perfect for a Christmas get away
Pros:

My room overlooked the harbor, the view was amazing. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to the Black Ball ferry to Victoria BC. The quaint shops in that area were fun to walk through. The walkway along the water was a beautiful place to take a walk.

Pros:

The staff were great! The room was centrally located.

Cons:

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days. They didn't service the room at all, and I feel like for that long, I should have had fresh towels about halfway through.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. This was the best hotel of our short trip. The location is excellent. There are some great restaurants nearby with delicious food.

Cons:

We were charged a $25 deposit at check-in. When we checked out, we were told that $10 would not be refunded. When we asked what the charge was for, the staff member said it was a fee for parking and internet. This was very strange, as we were never informed about this fee in advance. No one asked whether we had a car or used the parking at all.

Good hotel for one night in the Olympics
Pros:

The view of this hotel cannot be beat!! Worth the upgrade fee. The room was recently renovated which was much appreciated.

Cons:

The room wasn’t super clean upon entry. I noticed it immediately and was kinda sketched out the rest of the stay. The crib they brought was an old graco pack & play that was gross. We ended up putting our bassinet mattress into a dresser drawer. The price of the room was quite high given the experience but was our only option with our dog.

People parking is disabled parking spots without license plate or placard for disabled person. Those disabled parking spots were taken by people too arrogant to park away from the doors.

the accommodations were appropriate and comfortable, we need to challenge the double room charge.
Cons:

I cancelled the reservation by email on October 17th as my wife had otherwise reserved a room at this hotel.

We have now been billed twice for the the stay.
