Overall everything was nice
Pros:

I liked how clean it was.

Cons:

The walls seem to be very thin. I didn’t sleep well at all. It was honestly the worst sleep I ever had. When anyone showered I could hear it. The heater was also very loud. So I just could not sleep well. I honestly probably wouldn’t go back. I’m a light sleeper. And that’s on me. Other than that everything else was great.

Pros:

So close to river. Easy to get out for a stroll to the river or to lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Comfortable room.

Close to lots of restaurants and golf courses.
Pros:

This is a clean, moderized hotel with an interesting “round” layout. The staff was nice-Especially the folks running the breakfast buffet, which I found to be exceptionally good at this price point. The cheesy eggs and has browns were nice, and they had high quality yogurt, too. My riverside room was fairly quiet with the exception of the giant walking around upstairs. I also found the bed to be super comfortable, and there was no pillow shortage there. I’d stay here again.

Holiday inn on the river
Pros:

Older building but rooms are updated and nice. Only complaint was breakfast is basically the same as all holiday inns (little paired down) they charge you for it. After interrogating you about your info.

One of the best holidays I’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly folks corduroy was the best… Very helpful very comfortable very clean the breakfast with Cora was awesome and she served very well… My overall experience was pretty exceptional and I definitely go back to stay thereagain

Huge discrepancy
Pros:

My receipts has $140 charge but each one of the room charges was $190 on my credit card. Now I have to go spend time to figure out what the hell they did

This is a bare bones, almost sterile accomodation.
Pros:

The view and proximity to the river walk was lovely... breakfast was fine and we appreciated being comped due to the mix-up with "breakfast included" box checked with Booking, and then told we had to pay. All staff were polite and friendly, trying to help with the problem room, although clearly none of them were aware of the cause of the noise.

Cons:

The first room was so loud with some motor running constantly that we struggled to sleep. We were told there were no empty rooms the first night, but that we could switch the next day. That switch involved loading everything back in our car and returning later to a new room and having to unload again into that room - a smaller room, but it was quiet. A disappointing stay overall.
