Cons:

I did not like how was not allowed to get reimbursed for 3 nights after the hotel reduced my stay to one night. It was a Booking.com issue and staff said that is a common complaint. I may stop using your service.

Good spot if you want longer term parking
Pros:

The location close to the airport is great. They also offer long stay parking while traveling.

Cons:

The property is a bit dated. The layout is sprawling so getting to the room with luggage was an unwelcome chore. The entire parking area is gated and tightly packed with cars using their extended stay parking. The only spot for us was 100 yds from our room.

This was a perfectly fine airport hotel. No Smart TV, but room was clean and on-site food was good.
Pros:

Room was clean, on-site food was good, fitness room was equipped with a Peloton bike.

Cons:

Room itself was dated (old carpet, bathroom tiles, etc). No Smart TV in room (just regular cable). No room service (but one could order to-go from restaurant). Check-in was about an hour wait (from 12:30am to 1:30am), and I noticed this line was long throughout my stay.

Way to expensive for such a small room and parking
Pros:

The layout was nice

Cons:

The parking was extra expensive. Did not know I would be spending an extra 150 for parking. I got good poisoning for the coffee stand and had a rough two days

Would not stay again. Restaurant had long wait times. Food was overpriced for what you got.

I liked the view of the airport.

Cons:

First room we were in ended up having water leaking from the light above the shower. They moved us to another room, where the glass in the sliding door had a 1/2 inch gap. When maintenance came to check on it he just said it’s the frame and left. We did not hear anything back from it. I asked the front desk the next day and they said one wouldn’t know anything about that. We had paid for parking and were told just to use the room card to get out but that never worked and had to call the front desk everytime we needed to leave.

We have stayed at this Double Tree in the past and had a great room this time it was quite opposite

The run down condition of our room. The heater didn't work properly, we were freezing all night. The room wasn't properly stocked with coffee. We booked our room thru Booking.com, paid for the type of room we requested but didn't get it. Instead of a King room we got a double queen room.
