Service, pace of service, quality of room. Stay anywhere else
Convenient to the airport
Huge. Extremely confusing layout. Plan to walk forever anywhere you need to go.
O
One sink was clogged the other leaked, dog hair on the carpet, hallway smelt of pee. No parking in the front by the entrances only way in the back plus it's 40$ Just wasn't worth it.
It was a nice place to stay
close to airport with shuttle service
Location if your are heading to/from airport
Elevator was broken and our room was located in 3rd floor. We had to ask for a change of room. The restaurant took so long to take our order that we had to leave in order to catch our flight.
There was transportation from airport to hotel
We got there around 11pm the guest service at front desk checked us in.
1. I'm still checking on our charges for the hotel for I thought that the hotel was paid for when I booked it thru booking.com. So I was told I had to pay again. Can you please recheck that as well.
2. We was given room 6321. So we went by directions give from front desk on how to get to our room BUT finding out that the evaluator was out of service SO we had to drag luggage 3 flights of steps with luggage weighing 50lbs each. My husband has very bad asthma which set his breathing into very short breath gasping for air and I have a very bad back with titanium rod screws almost the length of my back which about killed me to drag the luggage up 3 flights of steps and then knowing we had to drag them back down 3 flights to check out.
Totally unacceptable!
4. We get to the room and it stunk so bad smelled like a wet dog that also set my husband into having a hard time breathing thru the night that he started coughing alot which makes him use his inhaler more than he should and this also effects him for a day or two after for it drains the life out your body when you have asthma that bad. Now our first couple days on cruise ship will be him sleeping alot til he gets his oxygen levels back.
5. Then there was only 1 pillow I had to walk all the way back down the 3 flights of steps to front desk. They got some man little later give us pillows O and then I had to walk back up 3 flights of steps
6. Get up in morning to take a shower and the bottle for bodywash was empty. So I'm soaking wet and have nothing to shower with
7. So upon us getting up and going to front desk to get checked out and tell them what all happened and get some breakfast all front desk lady said was sorry did you tell fronr desk well yes I did. So she gave us a free breakfast tickets and there was very little food on the buffet and food was cold.
8.
Clean, nice hotel with relatively comfy beds and spacious room. Shower was good and stayed warm.
No microwave in the room. Have to walk a good distance to a microwave inside one of the Guest Laindry rooms in either the 4th or 5th wings. Mini fridge was definitely mini. Check-in was far too long with not enough staff, and almost seems to be a ploy to get people to get Hilton Honors higher tiers for the priority check-in. Not a huge deal, but we were kinda rushed getting to our scheduled event.
Bed was comfortable. Room was large. Close to airport. Cookies are always good.
It was a maze. We had to walk down hallways, up and down stairs carrying large suitcases (no elevator), more walking hallways to find an elevator. More walking hallways to find our room. Unless you paid more money on top of what you already paid to get a room just down a hallway from check in. And it smelled old and musty. We weren't the only ones confused in the maze.
There were multiple cancellations and over 50 people in line out the door and the staff was exceptional. They handled a very difficult night with professionalism and efficiency. Well done!!
