Our stay was bad.
Pros:

The staff was polite.

Cons:

We called prior to our trip to change our room to a 2 queen beds, when we arrived we still had 1 king. The bathroom didn't have a working fan, the shower was backed up causing us to be standing in about about 3 inches of water during your shower. Our room was on the 10th floor, we were not explained how to get to our room, which corridor it was down since there were 3 of them, or that there was an anime convention going on during this weekend and that only 1 elevator was working, so it would add a 20 minutes wait at the elevators. The parking situation was not organized, every lot was reserved for this convention leaving new guests to not be able to park and unload their luggages, when I went in they tried to sell me another parking feature. The location was terrible, it was right next to the airport so you constantly hear airplanes coming and going- very loud -all night. On top of people racing, and sirens up and down the main street all night.

The room was fine.
Pros:

Quiet room on the first floor. For the price, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, instead of two very uncomfortable chairs.

Cons:

The room was ok, and the bed was fine. The two chairs were very uncomfortable, and the bathroom soaps were way to strong. I had to close the bathroom door and put a towel across the threshold to block the scent.

Enjoyable short stay, staff friendly and good food. Free shuttle bus is great.
