Pros:

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. My daughter lost a bracelet in the halls on the way to the restaurant and the front desk agent held on to it so we were able to get it back.

Cons:

Male front desk agent asked if it was "just the two of you" meaning myself and my daughter when I was checking in. Might be a good idea not to do that so people in the lobby don't know a woman is traveling alone with her tween daughter. Even though I don't think anyone was in the lobby at the time, my anxiety still spiked. Also when describing the route to my room, he was specific enough that even though he didn't give my room number someone could have easily understood where we were.

Excellent location, professional staff, clean and comfy hotel!
Pros:

The room was large, we had a King overlooking the courtyard. We loved the restaurant, folks from the community were there as well. We made reservations and that was a good thing. The staff at check in were so kind and helpful. The wait staff was beyond professional both in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel as the location right off the freeway is amazing and everything was comfy and cozy! We will stay here again!

Pros:

It was close to everything I want to see and do in Spokane Valley. Staff were great friendly and helpful. When I visit the Spokane area I'll probably stay at the Mirabeau again.
