Pros:

Staff, food, and location were exceptional.
Facility was clean.

Cons:

The room was not as clean and needed dusting in the vanity area and a vacuum, plus the bathroom faucet and the toilet paper holder were in need of repairs. The remote felt a little sticky.

Great stay for a good value.
Pros:

I have stayed here several times over the years, both with friends and family. The staff is always great and the accommodations do more than suffice; orderly, clean, and the complimentary breakfasts are very good! Pricing is usually better than most.

Cons:

Any negatives are outside of what the Hotel/staff have any control over, unfortunately. "Non-guests" come through from time to time.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and the restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. And a drunk man followed my daughter and I into the hall where our room was. It felt really unsafe.

Pros:

Brakfast time with the coupons till 0900 AM. How come you get up for breakfast too early. Never used it. Make it till 1000 at least.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience, especially at the front desk. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and his attitude appeared to change after learning that we had booked through a third-party service. The way we were treated left us seriously questioning whether race played a role, which was especially troubling given that his ID identified him as a manager.

We were also placed in the first room next to the lobby, where the door repeatedly slammed throughout the night. We barely slept and expected a more reasonable, restful environment for the price.

Management should address both the treatment of guests and the decision to assign rooms with such significant noise exposure. The one bright spot was our dinner waiter, who was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. His excellent service was the best part of our stay and deserves recognition.

Family vacation
Pros:

The bedroom were spacious, staff was fantastic, breakfast was delicious, the heated pool was nice for late night swims, enjoyed the robes, the bathroom were nice.

Cons:

The pillows were flat and small, not comfortable at all. We had to go out and buy our own because my neck was stiff from the hotel ones.
