The fact that this is the only hotel that lime scooters are not allowed to park within the property limits tells u a lot about their level of hospitality.

Our morning breakfast took more than an hour to get prepared and there were only 8 people in the restaurant! The rooms are so far apart and you have to drive anywhere

I had made a reservation for two weeks prior to my stay. I called three different times to find out if I could do an early check-in and was told because of the accommodations that I made, I may not be possible. The accommodations that I made was a pool side room on the first floor after making the three phone calls when I went to check in they had no accommodations that I had called in for told me that they had not seen any accommodations when three times during the week I had called and they said that I had my accommodations wanting to be next to the pool on the first floor when I checked in I was told I was going to building four which has no view of the courtyard is nowhere near the swimming pool and I noticed the hotel had a huge amount of people there for a sporting event as well as a wedding. I feel my reservation was given to somebody else that was in a bigger party and because of that I was placed in a room I did not want they finally made an accommodation and put me in a room on the second floor, where I could actually see the courtyard but not near the swimming pool, which I had planned a special party for my best friend was such a letdown and such a disappointment when I got there after I had called so many times to make sure my accommodations were set I will not book here again. Even the two people had spoke to earlier in the morning. Tried to say that I did not have any accommodations in their computer system. When I know I did when you’re planning a special event and everything goes wrong on the day that you come, especially the venue that you choose. It was a giant disappointment to all of the people that I had invited for the party for my Bestie I will not put my trust in this hotel again, very disappointed completely by the staff and how they treated me when I first went to check-in.

Had a very nice stay
Pros:

Dog friendly hotel they had nice grassy areas for your dog and the pool area was nice and clean, very good breakfast buffet they kept refilling the dishes til the end of breakfast. 6am to 9am. The room was comfy and nice big shower.

Cons:

Never did see a cart to load your luggage and no elevator. The doors were very heavy to open.

Wonderful stay, but change breakfast items on day 2 please
Pros:

Same breakfast for 3 mornings got old fast. Would be nice if day 2 could have couple new items. Cut fruit would be awesome and a healthy option. That would make our stay perfect.
Maybe update the bedding and carpet too. The rate is so reasonable, I wouldn't mind paying more for these updates and changes.
Staff very friendly. Clean pool area.
Nice grass area and location convenient to freeway and walkable to many restaurants and stores.

The Mirabeau is a great stop for us halfway between Seattle and and Montana.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, and we were outside in the garden area on a sunny day.

Pros:

Best value stay in years. A real buffet breakfast. Great friendly staff, excellent restaurant on property with excellent wait staff. Nice pool and hot tub on well maintain courtyard grounds.

Cons:

A bit dated, carpets very worn, but clean.
Coffee was weak, go for the espresso or mimosa!
