Red Lion Hotel Wenatchee City Center

The building and interior public spaces were tired. The carpet throughout the hotel was old, wrinkled, worn, and stained, in desperately needs replacement. I can imagine it would be costly, so its unfortunate.
The room itself was updated and comfortable.

My grandson and I woke up to ants in our bed. The hotel clerk came up to the room and verified there were ants.
I asked for an adjustment on my room charge. As of today. I have not received that or a phone call.
We stay here often when my grandson is in Washington because it's close to our adventures..
I took pictures if they are needed. So did the clerk.

It is very outdated.
The breakfast did not contain any fresh, healthy options and was very limited.

The bugs everywhere in the rooms the lack of the staff willing to eradicate the issue. The floors are duct taped all through the facility. They do not provide room service unless you contact them to do it even if you're there for multi days and the sticker that states this is hidden in the corner of a mirror. Staff was unwilling to swap the room out for room without ants. The bathroom had black mold growing on the ceiling.

It’s not clean. The carpet. Look dirty. Everything is super Old. But most of it carpet really old tape, Everywhere, and every corner. The room , and the structure so old they need HELP , place looks old .. really honest I was Really. Disappointed breakfast was bad. We went to get some breakfast. They don’t have enough food for everybody in time and matters.

The carpet falling apart in the hallways and the the bathroom falling apart in the room. Needs updated and redone, but, I understand that os ALOT of work

It was not clean, they did not have enough breakfast for all the guests.

Where to start.
The hotel is very dated there are several sections of carpet that has been repaired with duct tape in common areas of the hotel. The bathroom in our room had peeling wallpaper towards the bottom of the wall and it looked possibly moldy ( i personally did not take a close look) The pillows on the bed were about half the size of a standard pillow, flat and lumpy. We had to make a trip to a local store to purchase pillows. We have now stayed in a few different places within this area and Red Lion was the worst. We will not stay here again. Wish I would have taken photos just didn't think about it at the time.

Listing raved about cleanliness and great breakfast. Upon entering our room, 4/6 pillow had long hairs adorning them. The office chair was greasy and covered in salt, the 3rd bed requested in booking was lucky to have not been taken already I was told. The elevator is on opposite side of lobby, so you must venture through the backrooms to find your room. The breakfast was not good at all.

The property is showing its age. Wrinkled carpet in the halls and wood rot on the building and railings around the pool. Could use a facelift.
