Helpful staff, and otherwise mediocre
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, putting me on the first floor. as I had a broken metatarsal, and they had a bath bench for me.

Cons:

The facility is pretty run down in the rooms, hallways with bunching carpets and such. Also, the breakfast was barely adequate

Clean. Peaceful and comfortable and staff is amazing and helpful.
Pros:

Very comfortable and peaceful. Plus breakfast is amazing and the lady working in the kitchen very humble and nice.

Cons:

The don’t have late checkout , even though if your willing to pay extra for a late checkout, I mean nothing serious , but wish they did like other hotels.

Pros:

Bed was exceptionally comfy. My room was clean and well maintained. Location is good for biking the paved path along the Columbia River, and for dining. There's a busy steak/salad restaurant right across the street.

Cons:

The clerk that checked me in wasn't friendly. I'm a senior, traveling alone. A welcoming, friendly receptionist makes a difference to me.

It was ok just disappointed with the condition of the hotel
Pros:

the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good and the location was quiet.

Cons:

Red Lion was a great place to stay it's still ok, but it has not been maintained very well some of the hotel is run down, we had a plumbing issue in the bathroom there was a leak above the toilet that dripped on you when you are sitting on the toilet. Carpets on the stairs are very dirty

Lack of cleanliness nightmare.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The overall condition of this hotel was unacceptable. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly neglected throughout the property. The balcony was unusable due to thick layers of accumulated pigeon droppings that would require professional cleaning. Our room carpet was badly stained and in obvious need of replacement, while hallway carpeting was held down with duct tape. A fan had also been placed near the stairs to dry an area of carpeting.

The breakfast was so unappealing that we chose to skip it entirely.

These were not minor inconveniences but clear signs of ongoing neglect. The property fell well below reasonable standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend staying here until these serious deficiencies are addressed.
