This is my third stay at this hotel, and I will be back again. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate having access to tea and coffee all day. The breakfast buffet is simple, but I have always enjoyed it. The hotel is dated and old, but clean and safe. I had to work during this trip and the wifi was fast and reliable- extremely important to me as I am usually in back-to-back virtual meetings.
my question on check in time wsa not answered until I had checked out!
Location was good and easy to find.
Didn't get the room I booked. I booked a handicapped accessible king and got a standard queen which was very hard to get a wheelchair in and couldn't use the bathtub. I don't know if it was Booking or a hotel issue. Probably won't use either abuse this was the second time its happened.
No hottub
Good location
Nothing
Great value. The room is good. Breakfast is amazing. The dining area is really nice.
Nostalgic in a good way. I Stay here every 6 months.
Hallways need some carpet stretching or be replaced. Could be a safety issue.
Still will stay here every 6 months.
the back of the hotel gives you the option to have more privacy
It wasn't a little outdated
The bed
Black mold above the shower and carpet was ripped up
Staff
The rooms are filthy and beyound outdated. Shower head was broken, carpet was pulled up, dirty and had areas with duct tape on it and the rest of the room was musty It should have been free and I still wouldn't have stayed once I saw it. We checked out the next day after complaining to the front desk and in return they charged us $50.00 for early check out. I don't know how they have over a 7 rating on your site.
My bed was comfortable.
I did not particularly like how unprofessional your night staff was.
Room was spacious and had double sinks.
More selection on breakfast - more fruit, have boiled eggs, non-flavored (Greek) yogurt.
Al llegar a recepción te dicen un precio de la habitación y luego te quitan 40 dólares y nunca te los devuelven. Dicen valer la habitación 80 y te sale en 120, son unos abusadores
When you arrive at reception, they tell you one price for the room and then take $40 and never give it back. They say the room is worth $80, but it ends up costing you $120; they're ripping you off.
