Pros:

The hotel from the outside was nice and the lobby. And they gave us a complimentary breakfast which was much appreciated!

Cons:

The lobby did give it a false sense of beauty. The rooms and hall ways to the rooms were outdated in my opinion and for sure needs an upgrade. The elevators were a bit sketchy and it feels like a maze to get to your room.

Cons:

Had to walk 5 minutes to the front because my key wouldn’t open my door. Then they gave me a new key, I walk 5 minutes back… doesn’t work. Walk 5 minutes back to the front…. New key… 5 min back.. doesn’t work….

Walk back to the front… new key.. walk back and the worker shows up to change the battery to the door. I’m not a “Karen” but definitely was frustrating.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo perché un Hilton ma l’albergo è datato, moquette sporca ovunque sia nei corridoi che in camera, posizione pessima, attaccato a una autostrada e quindi molto rumoroso, colazione scadente. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Alla richiesta di una camera tranquilla a un piano alto ci è stata assegnata una camera affacciata sull’autostrada e al piano sotterraneo. Qualità prezzo pessima. Purtroppo da ricordare nelle esperienze negative.
