One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, room was nice and clean

Cons:

The shower head needs to be higher, I'm tall and the shower head is the one you can unhook but you'll have to hold it

Generally, a good experience for a short stay.
Pros:

I liked the location. It's close to the airport and nearby amenities. There are lots of nearby restaurants. I liked the pool and landscaping and it's a great location for a small garden wedding.

Cons:

The rooms we stayed in we're a lot older and the 1st building felt a lot older. The interior design looks dated and could probably use a facelift. I also didn't like that they charged for parking and offered no complimentary breakfast for the price per night it is.

Very disappointed with the way the room was prepared for its guests.
Pros:

The location is okay except it’s too small for the size of the hotel. The waiting is too long not mention the time it take to get the food on the table.

Cons:

More tables in the breakfast lounge and more staff including more cooks working in the cooking area.

Our room was too far to the lobby I walked alone with heavy bags to find my room. So confusing area.

In pool area there is NO bathroom and me and boyfriend walked to the lobby with swimsuit and towel to find bathroom!! I’m sure everybody pee in the pool because it’s too too far and too confusing to find a bathroom. Also the hot tub wasn’t clean at all. The pool was so cold and they said the pool is heated.In the middle of night a family beside our room started to arguing so badly and nobody was make them silent. The restaurant charged my credit more than I signed ! also the hotel charged too much for parking

Cons:

Refrigerator did not work. Pool was overcrowded. Music was load. Hard to sleep. Bathroom could use some maintenance. Lots of dust built-up around Bathroom vent. Wallpaper, ect.
